本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种补血糯米粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种补血糯米粥,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米180-200、黑米20-30、香米70-90、玉米20-25、芝麻10-15、鲫鱼肉丝20-25、腰果10-15、魔芋20-25、金针菇15-20、绿豆芽菜10-15、芒果汁60-70、高粱粉8-10、咖啡粉8-10、牛骨粉2-3、当归3-5、麦冬5-6、肉桂3-4、何首乌5-6、紫苏子4-5、洛神花5-7、柿蒂3-4、藿香粉2-3、香草粉2-3、食品添加剂8-10、红糖适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:荠菜籽粉5-6、黑茶粉8-10、薄荷油0.1-0.3、老鹰茶粉8-9、桃汁50-60、羊乳粉30-40、大米粉50-60;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,将荠菜籽粉、黑茶粉、薄荷油、老鹰茶粉、桃汁、羊乳粉、大米粉合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种补血糯米粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、黑米、香米、玉米、芝麻、鲫鱼肉丝、腰果洗净,放入锅中,加入适量的水、高粱粉、咖啡粉、牛骨粉、食品添加剂,煮成粥备用;
