食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种螺旋藻绿豆沙的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种螺旋藻绿豆沙,由以下重量份原料组成:绿豆200-230、香米20-30、花生米20-25、板栗仁20-30、苹果醋60-70、番茄酱30-40、杏鲍菇20-25、土豆20-25、苦菊20-25、燕麦粉10-15、植脂末20-25、红茶10-15、绞股蓝3-4、螺旋藻3-4、芦根4-5、麦冬4-5、橘皮4-5、桃花4-5、桔梗4-5、海藻3-4、密蒙花3-4、瓜蒌叶2-3、菊花3-5、党参2-3、白糖适量、食盐适量、食品添加剂、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉10-15、冻干橘子粉20-30、黑糖粉35-40、当归油0.2-0.4、板栗粉20-22、糯米酒20-30、草莓酱20-30;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,将啤酒酵母粉、冻干橘子粉、黑糖粉、当归油、板栗粉、糯米酒、草莓酱合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种螺旋藻绿豆沙的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿豆、香米、花生米、板栗仁洗净,放入锅中,加入苹果醋、番茄酱、适量的水,混匀后,加热煮熟,将所有物料取出,做成豆沙备用;
(2)将土豆洗净去皮,与洗净的杏鲍菇一起切成块状,放入锅中,加入适量的水、食品添加剂,加热煮熟,取土豆、杏鲍菇做成土豆泥备用;

(5)将豆沙、土豆泥、苦菊、中药粉、白糖、食盐合并,充分搅拌混匀后灌装即可。
