市场上的各种食品,种类繁多,口味也各种各样,一般都是在口感上做一些改善,满足人们对口感的要求,但是随着生活水品的提高,人们越来越重视健康养生,因此市场上的休闲食品并不能满足人们的需求。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种冬瓜薏米粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种冬瓜薏米粥,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米180-200、小米30-40、西米20-30、黑豆20-30、薏仁15-20、芹菜20-30、冬瓜30-35、排骨汤60-70、白果5-6、葛根4-5、苍术5-6、白术4-5、半夏5-6、橘皮5-6、生姜5-6、亚麻籽3-4、小麦苗3-4、食品添加剂5-6、苹果醋50-60、食盐适量、白砂糖适量、水适量。
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料混合而成:茴香油0.01-0.02、当归油0.01-0.02、菊花粉10-15、菠菜籽粉8-10、味精5-6、鳕鱼粉10-13、巧克力粉15-20、百合粉8-10。
一种冬瓜薏仁粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜去皮、去籽,洗净后切成块,与切成小段的芹菜一起放入锅中,倒入排骨汤,加热焖煮30-40分钟,取芹菜、冬瓜备用;
(2)将粳米、小米、西米、黑豆、薏仁洗净,倒入锅中,加入食品添加剂、苹果醋、适量的水,加热煮成粥;
(3)将白果、葛根、苍术、白术、半夏、橘皮、生姜、亚麻籽、小麦苗用6-9倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
