申请号:201510122430.5 申请了玛咖固体饮料,由60%玛咖提取物、39%红茶提取物、1%三氯蔗糖组成。制备玛咖固体饮料的方法为:玛咖根茎粉碎、总混、灌装、包装、质检、入库。其营养结构和保健功效等均单一,不能满足人们的需求。

一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:脱脂小麦胚芽200-220、花生米80-90、仙人掌70-80、抗坏血酸0.07-0.08、柠檬酸0.03-0.04、葡萄糖酸锌0.007-0.008、β—环糊精0.5-0.6、银耳20-25、蜂蜜8-10、山楂50-60、大豆蛋白0.5-0.6、甘油单硬脂酸酯1-1.5、鸡蛋清蛋白5-6、桑寄生5-6、葛根6-7、川芎5-6、野菊花4-5、罗布麻叶6-7、决明子6-7、蔗糖适量、水适量。
一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将花生米中杂质和发霉花生米除去,挑选好花生米后置于炒制机中炒至出香,取出花生米,置于榨油机中将花生米中的油脂脱去,得脱油花生米备用;
(2)将脱脂小麦胚芽与脱油花生米合并,磨碎后在萃取温度40℃、萃取压力35MPa,分离压力6MPa的条件下用二氧化碳超临界萃取2小时,取出多余油脂,得干粉,置于蒸锅中蒸熟4分钟,取出后干燥粉碎,放入焙炒机中加热翻炒3-4分钟,冷却备用;
(3)将仙人掌两端用刀切除,除去仙人掌老皮,剔除毛刺,将仙人掌清洗干净,切成小块,置于容器中,倒入85-90℃的热水进行热烫,保持水温2分钟,取出仙人掌,浸入10-12℃的水中进行冷却,冷却后打浆取汁,得仙人掌原汁,置于干净的容器中,添加抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌护色,用120目的4层纱布过滤,得细腻仙人掌汁液,添加β—环糊精脱涩,再真空冷冻干燥,得仙人掌粉备用;
(4)将银耳洗净,除去其中的沙子和杂质,放入高压锅中,加入适量的水,加水量浸没银耳,倒入蜂蜜,加热焖煮,煮制粘稠,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,过胶体磨后用3层纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得银耳粉备用;
(5)将山楂洗净,取其果肉,与2倍量的水同时置于磨浆机中磨浆,过滤,得山楂汁,与大豆蛋白、甘油单硬脂酸酯、鸡蛋清蛋白混合,搅拌至起泡,在干燥盘上铺膜,厚度2mm,干燥60分钟,再粉碎,得粉末备用;
(6)将桑寄生、葛根、川芎、野菊花、罗布麻叶、决明子用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(7)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)、(6)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖合并,分装在无纺布的茶袋中,每袋10-15g。

一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料,由以下重量(g)原料制成:脱脂小麦胚芽200、花生米80、仙人掌70、抗坏血酸0.07、柠檬酸0.03、葡萄糖酸锌0.007、β—环糊精0.5、银耳20、蜂蜜8、山楂50、大豆蛋白0.5、甘油单硬脂酸酯1、鸡蛋清蛋白5、桑寄生5、葛根6、川芎5、野菊花4、罗布麻叶6、决明子6、蔗糖适量、水适量。
一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将花生米中杂质和发霉花生米除去,挑选好花生米后置于炒制机中炒至出香,取出花生米,置于榨油机中将花生米中的油脂脱去,得脱油花生米备用;
(2)将脱脂小麦胚芽与脱油花生米合并,磨碎后在萃取温度40℃、萃取压力35MPa,分离压力6MPa的条件下用二氧化碳超临界萃取2小时,取出多余油脂,得干粉,置于蒸锅中蒸熟4分钟,取出后干燥粉碎,放入焙炒机中加热翻炒3-4分钟,冷却备用;
(3)将仙人掌两端用刀切除,除去仙人掌老皮,剔除毛刺,将仙人掌清洗干净,切成小块,置于容器中,倒入85-90℃的热水进行热烫,保持水温2分钟,取出仙人掌,浸入10-12℃的水中进行冷却,冷却后打浆取汁,得仙人掌原汁,置于干净的容器中,添加抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌护色,用120目的4层纱布过滤,得细腻仙人掌汁液,添加β—环糊精脱涩,再真空冷冻干燥,得仙人掌粉备用;
(4)将银耳洗净,除去其中的沙子和杂质,放入高压锅中,加入适量的水,加水量浸没银耳,倒入蜂蜜,加热焖煮,煮制粘稠,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,过胶体磨后用3层纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得银耳粉备用;
(5)将山楂洗净,取其果肉,与2倍量的水同时置于磨浆机中磨浆,过滤,得山楂汁,与大豆蛋白、甘油单硬脂酸酯、鸡蛋清蛋白混合,搅拌至起泡,在干燥盘上铺膜,厚度2mm,干燥60分钟,再粉碎,得粉末备用;
(6)将桑寄生、葛根、川芎、野菊花、罗布麻叶、决明子用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(7)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)、(6)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖合并,分装在无纺布的茶袋中,每袋10g。
Claims (2)
1.一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:脱脂小麦胚芽200-220、花生米80-90、仙人掌70-80、抗坏血酸0.07-0.08、柠檬酸0.03-0.04、葡萄糖酸锌0.007-0.008、β—环糊精0.5-0.6、银耳20-25、蜂蜜8-10、山楂50-60、大豆蛋白0.5-0.6、甘油单硬脂酸酯1-1.5、鸡蛋清蛋白5-6、桑寄生5-6、葛根6-7、川芎5-6、野菊花4-5、罗布麻叶6-7、决明子6-7、蔗糖适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种降血压脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
(1)将花生米中杂质和发霉花生米除去,挑选好花生米后置于炒制机中炒至出香,取出花生米,置于榨油机中将花生米中的油脂脱去,得脱油花生米备用;
