一种提神醒脑的脱脂小麦胚芽袋泡固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将花生米中杂质和发霉花生米除去,挑选好花生米后置于炒制机中炒至出香,取出花生米,置于榨油机中将花生米中的油脂脱去,得脱油花生米备用;
(2)将脱脂小麦胚芽与脱油花生米合并,磨碎后在萃取温度40℃、萃取压力35MPa,分离压力6MPa的条件下用二氧化碳超临界萃取2小时,取出多余油脂,得干粉,置于蒸锅中蒸熟4分钟,取出后干燥粉碎,放入焙炒机中加热翻炒3-4分钟,冷却备用;
(3)将仙人掌两端用刀切除,除去仙人掌老皮,剔除毛刺,将仙人掌清洗干净,切成小块,置于容器中,倒入85-90℃的热水进行热烫,保持水温2分钟,取出仙人掌,浸入10-12℃的水中进行冷却,冷却后打浆取汁,得仙人掌原汁,置于干净的容器中,添加抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌护色,用120目的4层纱布过滤,得细腻仙人掌汁液,添加β—环糊精脱涩,再真空冷冻干燥,得仙人掌粉备用;
(4)将南瓜洗净,去皮去籽,切成片,与玉米粒、适量的水混合置于磨浆机中磨浆,磨成浆液后置于锅中加热,煮至50℃时添加果胶酶、α—淀粉酶、糖化酶,充分搅拌并停止加热,酶解45分钟后继续加热,煮沸,再将其冷却,用3层纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将高良姜、桂皮、苍术、丁香、菟丝子、手掌参用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖、蛋白质粉合并,分装在无纺布的茶袋中,每袋10-15g。

(3)将仙人掌两端用刀切除,除去仙人掌老皮,剔除毛刺,将仙人掌清洗干净,切成小块,置于容器中,倒入85-90℃的热水进行热烫,保持水温2分钟,取出仙人掌,浸入10-12℃的水中进行冷却,冷却后打浆取汁,得仙人掌原汁,置于干净的容器中,添加抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌护色,用120目的4层纱布过滤,得细腻仙人掌汁液,添加β—环糊精脱涩,再真空冷冻干燥,得仙人掌粉备用;
(4)将南瓜洗净,去皮去籽,切成片,与玉米粒、适量的水混合置于磨浆机中磨浆,磨成浆液后置于锅中加热,煮至50℃时添加果胶酶、α—淀粉酶、糖化酶,充分搅拌并停止加热,酶解45分钟后继续加热,煮沸,再将其冷却,用3层纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将高良姜、桂皮、苍术、丁香、菟丝子、手掌参用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖、蛋白质粉合并,分装在无纺布的茶袋中,每袋10-15g。
