(2)将杜仲叶洗净,用清水冲洗3-4次,冲洗干净后沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过60目筛,与70%乙醇溶液按照1:10比例在70℃条件下浸提2h后过滤,滤渣再与70%乙醇溶液按照1:5比例在70℃条件下浸提1.5小时后过来,合并两次所得滤液,用旋转蒸发仪回收乙醇,再加水至回收前体积的杜仲醇提液,添加葡萄糖、酵母菌、醋酸菌,在30℃条件下发酵3天,得杜仲发酵液,真空抽滤,得浓缩液,添加β—环糊精,搅拌混匀后,在50℃的条件下热风干燥,得杜仲粉备用;
(3)将小米清洗干净,置于容器中,用清水浸泡1-2小时,取出小米,沥干水后粉碎,置于锅中,加入适量的水,加热边搅拌,加热至60℃时,添加α—淀粉酶,停止加热,充分搅拌,酶解50分钟,继续加热灭酶,并加入2倍量的水,加热至沸腾,充分搅拌后置于离心机过滤机中离心过滤,得滤液,喷雾干燥,得小米粉备用;
(4)将红枣去核,与红豆一起洗净,同时置于锅中,加入适量的水,浸没物料,加热焖煮2-3小时,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,磨浆结束后用3层100目纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将冬虫夏草、黄精、山萸肉、甘草、菊花、党参用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖合并,混匀后在干燥环境中灭菌,真空包装即可。

本发明的一种补益虚损生姜固体饮料,是一种以生姜为主要原料制成的固体饮料,生姜,味辛温,温中止血、咳逆上气、温脾、可蔬、可果、可药,具有抗氧化、降低胆固醇、抗炎、抗微生物、抗肿瘤、康运动病、降血糖、防辐射、清除自由基等作用,配以杜仲叶提取物,杜仲叶的水体物和醇提物都含有咖啡酸、绿原酸、白桦酸酯等,有较好的促进机体中胶原蛋白的新陈代谢,增强细胞活力,抗衰老作用强,抗机体疲劳作用极为显著,具有明显的体液和细胞免疫增强作用,具有较好的降血脂、减少中性脂肪形成的作用,经发酵后具有特有的芳香气味,酸中带甜,制成的生姜固体饮料,具有很好的保健作用;同时添加红豆、红枣、小米和冬虫夏草、黄精、山萸肉等中药提取物,通过合理的配比搭配而成,能够起到补益虚损的功效,可用于气血亏损、体质虚弱、胃纳欠佳者补身体饮用并且富含氨基酸、维生素以及微量元素等。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种补益虚损生姜固体饮料,由以下重量(g)原料制成:生姜500、抗坏血酸0.1、麦芽糊精40、杜仲叶60、70%乙醇溶液适量、葡萄糖15、酵母菌10、醋酸菌10、β—糊精15、小米30、红豆35、α—淀粉酶0.5、红枣15、冬虫夏草4、黄精5、山萸肉5、甘草6、菊花4、党参3、蔗糖适量、适量。
一种补益虚损生姜固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)挑选无损坏的生姜,用清水清洗,清洗后置于容器中,用100℃的沸水漂烫,漂烫20s后取出,置于榨汁机中榨汁,榨汁完成后,添加抗坏血酸,搅拌后静置,去掉淀粉后,添加麦芽糊精,在50℃的条件下热风干燥,过50目筛,得生姜粉备用;
(2)将杜仲叶洗净,用清水冲洗3次,冲洗干净后沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过60目筛,与70%乙醇溶液按照1:10比例在70℃条件下浸提2h后过滤,滤渣再与70%乙醇溶液按照1:5比例在70℃条件下浸提1.5小时后过来,合并两次所得滤液,用旋转蒸发仪回收乙醇,再加水至回收前体积的杜仲醇提液,添加葡萄糖、酵母菌、醋酸菌,在30℃条件下发酵3天,得杜仲发酵液,真空抽滤,得浓缩液,添加β—环糊精,搅拌混匀后,在50℃的条件下热风干燥,得杜仲粉备用;

(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖合并,混匀后在干燥环境中灭菌,真空包装即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种补益虚损生姜固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:生姜500-520、抗坏血酸0.1-0.15、麦芽糊精40-45、杜仲叶60-70、70%乙醇溶液适量、葡萄糖15-20、酵母菌10-15、醋酸菌10-15、β—糊精15-20、小米30-35、红豆35-40、α—淀粉酶0.5-0.6、红枣15-20、冬虫夏草4-5、黄精5-6、山萸肉5-6、甘草6-7、菊花4-5、党参3-4、蔗糖适量、适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种补益虚损生姜固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
(1)挑选无损坏的生姜,用清水清洗,清洗后置于容器中,用100℃的沸水漂烫,漂烫20s后取出,置于榨汁机中榨汁,榨汁完成后,添加抗坏血酸,搅拌后静置,去掉淀粉后,添加麦芽糊精,在50℃的条件下热风干燥,过50目筛,得生姜粉备用;
(2)将杜仲叶洗净,用清水冲洗3-4次,冲洗干净后沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过60目筛,与70%乙醇溶液按照1:10比例在70℃条件下浸提2h后过滤,滤渣再与70%乙醇溶液按照1:5比例在70℃条件下浸提1.5小时后过来,合并两次所得滤液,用旋转蒸发仪回收乙醇,再加水至回收前体积的杜仲醇提液,添加葡萄糖、酵母菌、醋酸菌,在30℃条件下发酵3天,得杜仲发酵液,真空抽滤,得浓缩液,添加β—环糊精,搅拌混匀后,在50℃的条件下热风干燥,得杜仲粉备用;
(3)将小米清洗干净,置于容器中,用清水浸泡1-2小时,取出小米,沥干水后粉碎,置于锅中,加入适量的水,加热边搅拌,加热至60℃时,添加α—淀粉酶,停止加热,充分搅拌,酶解50分钟,继续加热灭酶,并加入2倍量的水,加热至沸腾,充分搅拌后置于离心机过滤机中离心过滤,得滤液,喷雾干燥,得小米粉备用;
(4)将红枣去核,与红豆一起洗净,同时置于锅中,加入适量的水,浸没物料,加热焖煮2-3小时,取出锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,磨浆结束后用3层100目纱布过滤,得滤液,经喷雾干燥,得粉末备用;
(5)将冬虫夏草、黄精、山萸肉、甘草、菊花、党参用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液,经喷雾干燥,得中药粉备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中处理得到的粉末与蔗糖合并,混匀后在干燥环境中灭菌,真空包装即可。
