技术领域
本发明涉及一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
高血压是指在未使用降压药物,或在静息状态下动脉收缩压和/或舒张压增高(>=140/90mmHg)。高血压病人常伴有脂肪和糖代谢紊乱以及心、脑、肾和视网膜等器官功能性或器质性改变,临床上很多高血压病人特别是肥胖型常伴有糖尿病,而糖尿病也较多的伴有高血压,高血压与高血糖、高血脂一同称为“三高”,被称为人类健康的“无形杀手”,是需要健管家进行慢性病健康管理的主要病种之一。高血压是一种“心血管综合征”,应根据心血管总体风险,决定治疗措施,应关注对多种心血管危险因素的综合干预,高血压是一种“生活方式病”,认真改变不良生活方式,限盐、限酒、控制体质量,以及合理的管理饮食方式,有利于预防和控制高血压。
而固体饮料因品种多样、风味独特、易于存放而备受消费者青睐,尤其是那些富含维生素、矿物质等营养成分的固体饮料,可以及时补充人体代谢所需营养,更成为了许多人生活中离不开的好伴侣。现有的固体饮料分为果香型、蛋白型和其它型三种,果香型固体饮料是以糖、果汁、营养强化剂、食用香料、看色剂等为主要原料制成;蛋白型固体饮料是以糖、乳及乳制品、蛋及蛋制品或植物蛋白以及营养强化剂为主要原料制成;其它型固体饮料以糖为主,配以咖啡、可可、香精以及乳制品等原料制成,或以茶叶、菊花及茅根等植物为主要原料,经浸提、浓缩和配料制成的制品,或以食用包埋剂吸收咖啡(或其它植物提取物)及其它食品添加剂等为原料,加工制成。
现有的固体饮料中并没有出现以杂粮为主要原料,配以水果、蔬菜以及乳制品等原料,同时,现有的固体饮料不能有效的预防和治疗高血压。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种以杂粮为主要原料,配以果蔬及奶制品,口感独特,速溶性好,营养丰富,且能够有效预防和治疗高血压,适合各种人群饮用,尤其适宜“三高”患者饮用的固体饮料。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别取红豆25-30份、小米25-30份和玉米10-15份去除杂质,清洗干净后,放入容器内,并在其中加入没过红豆、小米和玉米3-5厘米为宜的温水,浸泡50-60分钟,然后将水倒出,并将其放入蒸锅内,在80-100℃的条件下,蒸制20-30分钟,得到熟料,再将得到的熟料分别放入研磨机内,研磨成碎料,备用;
2)取鲜梅1-3份、大枣7-9份和山楂4-6份去核,芡实1-3份去壳,并与陈皮3-5份和菊花3-5份一同清洗风干,然后放入研磨机内,以80-120r/min的速度研磨15-20分钟,并过80-100目筛,制得细粉,备用;
3)取香菇4-6份、冬瓜4-6份、荸荠7-9份清洗干净,将冬瓜去皮去籽后,与荸荠、香菇分别切成小块,投入锅内的沸水中焯制3-5分钟,取出沥水,然后投入研磨机中,以80-120r/min的速度研磨8-10分钟,制得碎料,备用;
4)取猕猴桃13-15份和菠萝10-12份去皮后投入榨汁内,以40-60r/min的速度,榨汁3-5分钟后进行过滤,制得果汁液,备用;
5)取纯牛奶40-50份放入容器内,采用巴士杀菌法对其进行杀菌处理,加热温度为72-75℃,保持15-20秒,然后将其冷却至30-40℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)制得的碎料和步骤2)制得的细粉投入搅拌机中,然后依次加入苋菜红0.5-1份、维生素C1-2份、葡萄糖1-2份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐1-2份、步骤4)制得的果汁液和5)杀菌后的纯牛奶,启动搅拌机,以120-140r/min的速度搅拌20-30分钟,使各物料混合均匀,制得混合物,备用;
7)将步骤6)制得的混合物倒入造粒机中,进行造粒,要求粒径大小为80~120μm,然后将其放入干燥机内,在50-60℃的条件下,干燥2-3小时,保持水分≤5.0%,备用;
8)将步骤7)干燥后的颗粒分小袋包装封存,每小袋20克,即可。
本发明中,红豆能够清热解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消肿、通气除烦等;陈皮可以理气健脾,燥湿化痰;小米富含B族维生素、膳食纤维、烟酸、镁等多种营养成分,它们能够抑制血管收缩,降低血压,同时其还能够健脾祛湿;玉米的亚油酸含量达到2%,它和玉米胚芽中的维生素E协同作用,可降低血液胆固醇浓度并防止其沉积于血管壁,其对冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症及高血压等都有一定的预防和治疗作用;香菇中富含嘌呤、胆碱、酪氨酸、氧化酶以及核酸物质,具有降低胆固醇和防癌作用;冬瓜中含钠量较低,非常适合肾胀病、浮肿病、高血压患者食用;荸荠对于抗癌、降血压都有作用;菠萝含糖、盐类和酶等成分,有利尿的作用,多食对肾炎、高血压病患者有益;猕猴桃味酸、甘、性寒,可以清热利水、散瘀活血、抗炎消肿、降低血压、降低胆固醇,有助于控制高血压患者、冠心病以及动脉硬化患者的血压;鲜梅中含有丰富的酸质、枸橼酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸等营养物质,能够预防高血压以及治疗高血压;大枣中的黄酮类化合物,有镇静降血压的作用;菊花中含有黄体酮成分能降血脂,降胆固醇,抑制血栓和扩张冠状动脉的作用;芡实能够补中益气,收敛固精;山楂可以降低胆固醇、降低血压等作用,对高血压病、高血脂症、冠心病等都有一定疗效。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过将富含多种营养成分,且能够抑制血管收缩、降低血压,同时还能够健脾祛湿的红豆、玉米和小米作为主要原料,配以含有多种维生素及人体所需微量元素的香菇、冬瓜、荸荠、猕猴桃和菠萝,以及具有镇静降血压、降血脂和降胆固醇功效的陈皮、菊花、鲜梅、大枣、芡实和山楂,并加入苋菜红调色、纯牛奶增味,以及营养丰富的维生素C、葡萄糖和L-赖氨酸盐酸盐,经过本发明特定的制备方法将这些原料相互配合,制成的杂粮固体饮料口感独特,速溶性好,营养丰富,能够有效预防和治疗高血压,适合各种人群饮用,尤其适宜“三高”患者饮用。

实施例1
一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料,由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:红豆30份、小米30份、玉米15份、陈皮5份、菊花5份、鲜梅3份、大枣9份、芡实3份、山楂6份、香菇6份、冬瓜6份、荸荠9份、猕猴桃15份、菠萝12份、苋菜红1份、维生素C2份、葡萄糖2份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐2份和纯牛奶50份。
一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

实验例
一、固体饮料指标检测
实验对象:本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制得的杂粮固体饮料。
实验标准:按照GB7101-2003规定对上述三组固体饮料进行指标检测。
下表为本发明三组实施例杂粮固体饮料指标检测结果:
由上表可见,本发明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3杂粮固体饮料的理化指标及微生物指标检测符合固体饮料国家标准GB7101-2003的规定。
二、临床实验
实验对象:选择150例高血压患者进行临床试验,诊断标准:连续三天血压测量高于正常血压高值120-139/80-89mmHg;将150例患者随机分为实验组、对照组一和对照组二,实验组50例,男士25例,女士25例,年龄50-52岁,平均年龄51.2岁,平均血压167/105mmHg;对照组一50例,男士24例,女士26例,49-53岁,平均年龄51.4岁,平均血压166/104mmHg;对照组二50例,男士26例,女士24例,51-53岁,平均年龄51.1岁,平均血压162/100mmHg;三组患者的年龄、性别、发病症状等基线资料经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。
实验方法:实验组饮用本发明实施例1制得的杂粮固体饮料,每天上、下午各一袋,每袋20克,10天为1个疗程;对照组一服用复方利血平片,口服,一次1片,一日3次;对照组二服用特制的降压杜仲固体饮料,其中含甘氨酸100份、杜仲提取物、2.5份和L-脯氨酸5份。
判定标准:
显效:血压120-139/80-89mmHg或者≤120/80mmHg;
有效:血压140-159/90-99mmHg;
无效:血压≥160/100mmHg。

结合表1至表2,对比三组不同的实验对象在同样的试验时间中所得数据,结果表明,在表1的数据对比中,实验组服用本发明的固体饮料后降血压的有效率达92%,明显优于对照组一和对照组二,在表2的数据对比中,实验组以2人复发,低至4.3%的复发率优于对照组一和对照组二,因此,本发明固体饮料相对于对照组一和对照二对于高血压具有明显的预防及治疗效果。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过将富含多种营养成分,且能够抑制血管收缩,降低血压,同时还能够健脾祛湿的红豆、玉米和小米作为主要原料,配以含有多种维生素及人体所需微量元素的香菇、冬瓜、荸荠、猕猴桃和菠萝,以及具有镇静降血压、降血脂和降胆固醇功效的陈皮、菊花、鲜梅、大枣、芡实和山楂,并加入苋菜红调色、纯牛奶增味,以及营养丰富的维生素C、葡萄糖和L-赖氨酸盐酸盐,经过本发明特定的制备方法将这些原料相互配合,制成的杂粮固体饮料口感独特,速溶性好,营养丰富,能够有效预防和治疗高血压,适合各种人群饮用,尤其适宜“三高”患者饮用。
当然,以上只是本发明的典性实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:红豆25-30份、小米25-30份、玉米10-15份、陈皮3-5份、菊花3-5份、鲜梅1-3份、大枣7-9份、芡实1-3份、山楂4-6份、香菇4-6份、冬瓜4-6份、荸荠7-9份、猕猴桃13-15份、菠萝10-12份、苋菜红0.5-1份、维生素C1-2份、葡萄糖1-2份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐1-2份和纯牛奶40-50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:红豆30份、小米30份、玉米15份、陈皮5份、菊花5份、鲜梅3份、大枣9份、芡实3份、山楂6份、香菇6份、冬瓜6份、荸荠9份、猕猴桃15份、菠萝12份、苋菜红1份、维生素C2份、葡萄糖2份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐2份和纯牛奶50份。
3.如权利要求1所述的降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:红豆25份、小米25份、玉米10份、陈皮3份、菊花3份、鲜梅1份、大枣7份、芡实1份、山楂4份、香菇4份、冬瓜4份、荸荠7份、猕猴桃13份、菠萝10份、苋菜红0.5份、维生素C1份、葡萄糖1份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐1份和纯牛奶40份。
4.如权利要求1所述的降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:红豆27.5份、小米27.5份、玉米12.5份、陈皮4份、菊花4份、鲜梅2份、大枣8份、芡实2份、山楂5份、香菇5份、冬瓜5份、荸荠8份、猕猴桃14份、菠萝11份、苋菜红0.75份、维生素C1.5份、葡萄糖1.5份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐1.5份和纯牛奶45份。
5.一种降压效果好的杂粮固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)分别取红豆25-30份、小米25-30份和玉米10-15份去除杂质,清洗干净后,放入容器内,并在其中加入没过红豆、小米和玉米3-5厘米为宜的温水,浸泡50-60分钟,然后将水倒出,并将其放入蒸锅内,在80-100℃的条件下,蒸制20-30分钟,得到熟料,再将得到的熟料分别放入研磨机内,研磨成碎料,备用;
2)取鲜梅1-3份、大枣7-9份和山楂4-6份去核,芡实1-3份去壳,并与陈皮3-5份和菊花3-5份一同清洗风干,然后放入研磨机内,以80-120r/min的速度研磨15-20分钟,并过80-100目筛,制得细粉,备用;
3)取香菇4-6份、冬瓜4-6份、荸荠7-9份清洗干净,将冬瓜去皮去籽后,与荸荠、香菇分别切成小块,投入锅内的沸水中焯制3-5分钟,取出沥水,然后投入研磨机中,以80-120r/min的速度研磨8-10分钟,制得碎料,备用;
4)取猕猴桃13-15份和菠萝10-12份去皮后投入榨汁内,以40-60r/min的速度,榨汁3-5分钟后进行过滤,制得果汁液,备用;
5)取纯牛奶40-50份放入容器内,采用巴士杀菌法对其进行杀菌处理,加热温度为72-75℃,保持15-20秒,然后将其冷却至30-40℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)制得的碎料和步骤2)制得的细粉投入搅拌机中,然后依次加入苋菜红0.5-1份、维生素C1-2份、葡萄糖1-2份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐1-2份、步骤4)制得的果汁液和5)杀菌后的纯牛奶,启动搅拌机,以120-140r/min的速度搅拌20-30分钟,使各物料混合均匀,制得混合物,备用;
7)将步骤6)制得的混合物倒入造粒机中,进行造粒,要求粒径大小为80~120μm,然后将其放入干燥机内,在50-60℃的条件下,干燥2-3小时,保持水分≤5.0%,备用;
8)对步骤7)干燥后的颗粒分小袋包装封存,每小袋20克,即可。
