本发明公开了一种芥菜柠檬饮料及其加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:芥菜50-60、鲜柠檬30-40、夏枯草3-4、菊花2-4、肉桂3-5、桑寄生1-3、金盏花2-4、三七花2-4、阳桃根3-5、白菊2-3、莲子芯1-3、山楂核2-4、白砂糖5-6、营养添加剂6-10;本发明提供了一种芥菜柠檬饮料及其加工方法,所采用的原料中,芥菜中含有胡萝卜素和大量食用纤维素,有明目与宽肠通便的作用;配合夏枯草、菊花等中药成分,使得本发明产品具有清火明目、解暑、化淤消脂、清凉降压降压、减肥轻身功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种芥菜柠檬饮料及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮食的要求也逐渐提高,饮食行业正在向着集口感、养生、保健为一体的方向发展。传统饮料大多仅在口感上满足了人们的需求,而在营养价值能方便很多都是零价值,甚至有部分是负价值,因此,生产开发功能行饮料是适应市场需求的大势所趋。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种芥菜柠檬饮料及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种芥菜柠檬饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
芥菜50-60、鲜柠檬30-40、夏枯草3-4、菊花2-4、肉桂3-5、桑寄生1-3、金盏花2-4、三七花2-4、阳桃根3-5、白菊2-3、莲子芯1-3、山楂核2-4、白砂糖5-6、营养添加剂6-10;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的芥菜柠檬饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将夏枯草、菊花、肉桂、桑寄生、金盏花、三七花、阳桃根、白菊、莲子芯、山楂核加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将芥菜和鲜柠檬分别洗净后榨汁;
(3)将芥菜汁、柠檬汁、白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
阳桃根为酢浆草科植物阳桃的根。

芥菜60、鲜柠檬30、夏枯草4、菊花2、肉桂5、桑寄生2、金盏花3、三七花4、阳桃根3、白菊3、莲子芯3、山楂核4、白砂糖5、营养添加剂10;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按3:2:5的重量比混合组成。
所述的芥菜柠檬饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将夏枯草、菊花、肉桂、桑寄生、金盏花、三七花、阳桃根、白菊、莲子芯、山楂核加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将芥菜和鲜柠檬分别洗净后榨汁;
(3)将芥菜汁、柠檬汁、白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为1000份;

所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的芥菜柠檬饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将夏枯草、菊花、肉桂、桑寄生、金盏花、三七花、阳桃根、白菊、莲子芯、山楂核加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将芥菜和鲜柠檬分别洗净后榨汁;
(3)将芥菜汁、柠檬汁、白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
