Abstract
本发明旨在提供一种桑葚美容保健酒,由桑葚、茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参、冰糖组成,用高浓度酒浸泡制成。其中各组分重量份数分别是:桑葚40-75份、茯苓10-20份、黄芪8-15份、甘草8-15份、党参5-15份、冰糖5-10份。该保健酒含有多种天然营养成份,具有补心益肝、补气益肾、健脾益肺、降血压、美容等功效,以及养阴、壮阳、活血,提高免疫力,抗疲劳,消炎等多种保健作用,效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健酒。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平和质量的不断提高,健康己成为人们关注的焦点,而亚健康状态在人群中所占比例的不断攀升引起了人们对保健品的关注。利用中草药研制的保健酒含有丰富的营养成分,既保留了中草药原有的多糖 氨基酸 钾钙等微量元素 维生素等营养成分,在发酵过程中产生了大量的糖 蛋白质以及人体必需的氨基酸等营养成分。长期服用能够起到调节机体的功能,滋补养生、强身健体的作用。
众多资料显示桑葚中含有多种功能成分,如芦丁、花青素、白黎芦醇等,具有良好的抗癌、抗衰老、抗病毒等作用。在医学中主治肝肾不足和血虚精亏等症状,桑葚中含有脂肪酸具有降低血脂、防止血管硬化的作用。中医学认为,桑葚具有增强免疫力、补益肝肾、滋阴养血、乌发美容、改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩等作用,并能延缓衰老,是中老年人健体美颜、抗衰老的佳果与良药,常食桑葚还可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。
CN104140917A公开了一种桑葚保健药酒制备方法,其使用的原料成分包括桑葚、红枣、桑寄生、鸡血藤、虎杖、生姜、胡椒、茯苓、血竭、丹参,主要解决现有桑葚保健酒口味单一,营养保健作用差的问题。制备方法:首先将配方重量份的枸杞、西洋参、五味子、红枣、当归和山药洗净后,用筛子筛选后置于容器内,加入配方重量份的白酒进行浸泡;将浸泡好的药酒送入蒸馏锅内进行高温蒸馏.随后进行过滤,去除药渣:将配方重量份的桑葚和山植洗净、切片后,置于容器内,然后将过滤后的药酒倒入容器内浸泡;浸泡好了的桑葚保健酒进行过滤,随后灌装;最后将灌装好的桑甚保健酒进行冷冻拔毒。该保健酒主治体寒气虚,适合于中老年人滋补养生。
CN104560562A公开了一种桑葚养生保健酒,发明开一种桑甚养生保健酒,原料重最比为桑套55-85份、白酒1000-1500克、白茯苓等5-10克、桂圆10-30克、当归5-10克、党参3-10克、山药5-10克、冰糖10-15克组成。其制备步骤为:步骤一:将原料药材洗净粉碎,将原料混合装入纱布袋,加入冰糖,与白酒一起置于容器中;步骤二:文火煮沸;步骤二:冷却后,加入酒坛密封;步骤四:共浸渍酿造60-90天,滤清,灌装即得。该保健酒具补肾、强身、健脾、补气、养血、明目等功效,适用于脾虚不运而引起的气虚乏力、面黄肌瘦等症,改善女性手脚冰冷毛病,改善皮肤血液供应,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等,并能延缓衰老,促进免疫。
以上这些技术制备所得的桑葚保健酒,虽然解决了口味单一的问题,但是对机体调节功效不太理想,对人体的保健作用也不太明显,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种桑葚美容保健酒,营养成分丰富且具有补心益肝、补气、健脾益肺、降血压、美容等多种功效,且药效显著。
一种桑葚美容保健酒,是由桑葚、茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参、冰糖组成,用高浓度酒浸泡制成,各组分重量份数分别是:桑葚40-75份、茯苓10-20份、黄芪8-15份、甘草8-15份、党参5-15份、冰糖5-10份。
所述的高浓度酒一般选择45~50度白酒,原料与白酒重量比为1:10~30。采用高浓度酒浸泡原料,不仅能在很大程度上杀灭中药材上粘附的病菌及有害的微生物、寄生虫等,保证酒品安全,而且有利于促进中药材中有效成分的析出和保存,提高保健酒药效。但是白酒度数也不宜过高,虽能增加酒精溶性成分的析出,但度数过高不利于水溶性营养成分的溶解。
本发明还提供了上述美容保健酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取新鲜桑葚洗净,将配方重量份的茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参清洗、消毒。
2)将药材与桑葚混合均匀,并加入冰糖,用纱布袋装。
3)将布袋置于装有白酒容器中,并在20℃-30℃下浸泡15-30天。泡的时间若太长,酒精挥发后抑菌作用会降低,药材会产生霉变,对人肠胃、肝脏造成损伤,且会造成药物有效成分水解,损失药效。
4)步骤3)浸泡过程中,每天搅拌一次,促进植物药材的有效成分能够迅速溶解于水或者酒精中。
5)取上清液勾兑至28°,灌装,即得到美容保健酒产品。
所述桑葚用淡盐水浸泡消毒15分钟左右后用蒸馏水洗净,在保持桑葚口感的同时,能起到消毒杀菌的作用。
所述茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参用低度酒冲洗干净,主要起到消毒杀菌作用。
所述泡酒的容器选用玻璃容器,泡酒前将容器洗干净,消毒杀菌。
所述勾兑方法是采用低度酒或者处理过的蒸馏水对酒液进行勾兑。
本发明的桑葚美容保健酒,营养丰富,配料配伍科学,其中:
茯苓归心、肺、脾、肾经、用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下,应用茯苓有标本兼顾之效,常与党参、白术、山药等配伍。
黄芪的药用迄今已有2000多年的历史,其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用,且具有补虚、益气、止汗之功效。现代医学证明,黄芪具有降低血液黏稠度、减少血栓形成、降低血压、保护心脏、双向调节血糖、抗自由基损伤、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力作用,可用来治疗心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等症。黄芪还能扩张血管,改善皮肤血液循环和营养状况,故对慢性溃疡久不愈合者有效。
甘草根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。功效主要用于心气虚,心悸怔忡,脉结代,以及脾胃气虚,倦怠乏力等。常与党参、白术等同用,如四君子汤、理中丸等,主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳等。
党参主治体质虚弱,气血不足,面色萎黄,以及病后产后体虚者宜食;脾胃气虚,神疲倦怠,四肢乏力,食少便溏,慢性腹泻,肺气不足,咳嗽气促,气虚体弱,易于感冒;气虚血亏者宜食;慢性肾炎蛋白尿者宜食;慢性贫血,萎黄病,白血病,血小板减少性紫癜以及佝偻病患者宜食。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的桑葚美容保健酒不仅含有氨基酸、维生素、多糖、微量元素等多种营养成份,还含有对某些疾病有一定的防治作用的药用成份,但其主要是对人体起滋补保健作用,促进身体健康,具有补心益肝、补气益肾、健脾益肺、降血压、美容等功效,以及养阴、壮阳、活血,提高免疫力,抗疲劳,消炎等多种保健作用,效果显著。
(2)本发明的桑葚美容保健酒酒度低而不淡,色泽纯正,口感良好,且具有补而不燥的效果,其主要原料为天然的中药材,无毒副作用,制备过程卫生安全,饮入对人体不造成伤害,是集营养与药效为一体的绿色保健佳品。
(3)本发明的桑葚美容保健酒,制备方法简单、工艺时间短,既可工业化生产也适合家庭、作坊生产,市场前景广阔,值得推广。
(4)本发明的桑葚美容保健酒添加多味保健中草药,适合于广大工作劳累、体弱肾虚的亚健康人群饮用,长期服用,有利于增强免疫力,促进身体健康。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:
一种桑葚美容保健酒,原料按重量份数配比为桑葚65份、茯苓20份、黄芪15份、甘草8份、党参10份、冰糖5份,将桑葚用盐水浸泡15分钟后用蒸馏水洗净,茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参用低度酒冲洗干净。将药材与桑葚混合均匀,并加入冰糖,用纱布袋装。将布袋置于装有45°白酒容器中,并在25℃下浸泡30天,后用低度酒或处理过的蒸馏水勾兑至28°,灌装。
实施例2
一种桑葚美容保健酒,按重量份数配比为桑葚45份、茯苓15份、黄芪8份、甘草15份、党参15份、冰糖10份。将桑葚用盐水浸泡15分钟后用蒸馏水洗净,茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参用低度酒冲洗干净。将药材与桑葚混合均匀,并加入冰糖,用纱布袋装。将布袋置于装有45°白酒容器中,并在25℃下浸泡30天,后用低度酒或处理过的蒸馏水勾兑至28°,灌装。
本发明人对近几年通过饮用本发明中桑葚美容保健酒治疗的血虚、脾肺虚弱、面色蜡黄患者的效果进行调查统计,总结如下:所有患者饮后均得到改善。
以下是部分使用本发明中药保健酒的具体病例:
覃某,广西象州人,女,35岁,症状表现为做事有气无力、眼白颜色发黄而且出现大量红血丝、食欲不振、半夜咳嗽等,到医院检测出具有气血不足、脾肺虚弱的症状。遵照医嘱服用纯中药调理,但是味苦难以坚持长期服用,且效果不明显,后在市面上购得本发明的桑葚保健酒(采用本发明实施例1的配方及方法制备而得)并开始饮用,饮用之初酒味清甜,且感到好喝,每日均服用2-3次,每次30m1,1个月后,感到精神焕发,面色红润,且不再咳嗽,饮食开始变得正常。
王某,广东湛江人,女,45岁,症状表现为头晕头痛,眼花目眩,站立易倒,到医院检测出血压稍微有点高,但趋于正常,后服用降血压药后血压恢复正常。但是之后经常性感到头晕,胸闷,呼吸不畅,难以入眠。到多家医院问诊,只能治标不治本,头晕头痛反复发作。后经介绍开始服用本发明桑葚美容保健酒(采用本发明实施例2的配方制备而得),每天2次,每次饮用30ml,饮用之初感到清甜,坚持半个月后,睡眠质量变好,坚持1个半月后,不再出现头晕、头痛等症状,后到医院复查,血压检测结果正常。

1.一种桑葚美容保健酒,是由桑葚、茯苓、黄芪、甘草、党参、冰糖组成,用高浓度酒浸泡制成,其特征在于,上述各原料重量份数分别是:桑葚40-75份、茯苓10-20份、黄芪8-15份、甘草8-15份、党参5-15份、冰糖5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桑葚美容保健酒,其特征在于:所述的高浓度酒与原料重量比为10~30:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桑葚美容保健酒,其特征在于:所述的高浓度酒为45~50度的白酒。
