本发明开一种桑葚养生保健酒，原料重量比为桑葚55-85份、白酒1000-1500克、白茯苓5-10克、桂圆10-30克、当归5-10克、党参3-10克、山药5-10克、冰糖10-15克组成。本发明具补肾、强身、健脾、补气、养血、明目等功效，适用于脾虚不运而引起的气虚乏力、面黄肌瘦等症，改善女性手脚冰冷毛病，改善皮肤血液供应，使皮肤白嫩及乌发等，并能延缓衰老，促进免疫。

背景技术
桑葚具有良好的保健作用。古医书对桑葚功效的记载：《本草拾道》：“久服不饥，安魂镇神，令人聪明变白不老”，《本草经疏》：“甘寒益血而除热，其为凉血、补血、益阳之药无疑矣”。《抗癌中药药理与应用》：“桑葚含胡萝卜素，可阻止致癌物质引起的细胞突变，使细胞内的溶酶体破裂放出水解酶，这种酶可使癌变细胞溶解死亡”。但缺乏将桑椹制备为保健酒的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种桑葚养生保健酒，原料重量比为桑葚55-85份、白酒1000-1500份、白茯苓5-10份、桂圆10-30份、当归5-10份、党参3-10份、山药5-10份、冰糖10-15份；其制备步骤为：
步骤一：将原料药材洗净粉碎，将原料混合装入纱布袋，与白酒一起置于容器中；
步骤二：文火煮沸；
步骤三：冷却后，加入酒坛密封；
步骤四：共浸渍酿造60-90天，滤清，灌装即得。
有益效果
本发明具补肾、强身、健脾、补气、养血、明目等功效，适用于脾虚不运而引起的气虚乏力、面黄肌瘦等症，改善女性手脚冰冷毛病，改善皮肤血液供应，使皮肤白嫩及乌发等，并能延缓衰老，促进免疫。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例详细说明如下。
取桑葚60克、白酒1500克、白茯苓5克、桂圆30克、当归10克、党参10克、山药10克、冰糖115克；
将原料药材洗净晾干，将原料混合装入纱布袋，加入冰糖，于按比例白酒一起置于容器中；
步骤二：文火煮沸；
步骤三：冷却后，加入酒坛密封；
步骤四：共浸渍酿造60-90天，滤清，灌装即得。
所得保健酒含有十八种人体所需的氨基酸和多种微量元素，是一种无污染，富含多种营养成分的高档果酒。

其制备步骤为：

步骤二：文火煮沸；
