Abstract
本发明公开了一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚50‑70份，枸杞30‑50份，山药30‑50份，核桃仁50‑70份，黄精20‑40份，何首乌50‑70份，川芎20‑40份，乌炭子20‑40份，茯苓20‑40份，芡实20‑40份，黑芝麻50‑70份，黑豆80‑100份，鳢肠30‑50份，女贞子20‑40份，当归10‑30份，菟丝子40‑60份，升麻10‑30份，蜂蜜10‑20份，大枣20‑40份。本发明还公开了该中药制剂的制备方法，该制备方法包括淘洗原料‑磨细粉‑熬煮得提取液‑配置混合液‑杀菌消毒‑封装得产品。本发明的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂对人体头皮及毛发无损害，具有修护发质、促进毛发再生、增强头发弹性以及促进发根长大、黑色素合成的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及美容保健技术领域，具体涉及一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代生活中，由于生活、工作压力逐渐加重，各种原因造成头发稀少、头发变白的现象越来越多，引发的原因也多种多样，包括有压力性掉发、物理性脱发、化学性脱发、症状性脱发、营养代谢性脱发、感染性脱发、内分泌失调性脱发等。头发是人体组织的一部分，是由细胞组成的有机体，头发细胞是从毛囊内分裂，以倍数增加，新生头发就会从毛囊推向头皮皮肤表面。脱发、头发变白是临床常见病、多发病，是人体内在疾病及人体衰老的外在表现之一，长期以来危害人们的身心健康。现在医学认为，脱发、头发变白与神经系统功能紊乱和免疫反应有关，多由于忧愁思虑过度，久病体虚或心血亏虚以及肝脾不足，造成血瘀毛窍，阻塞血路，新血不能养发，故引发脱发、头发变白等病症。其病机是发为血之余，肾主藏精，精血同源，心主血，肝藏血，若长期忧伤思虑过度，久病体虚，亦使得气血流通不畅，均可使发失去养分而导致脱发、白发。目前市场上存在一些防止脱发、使白发转黑的效果较好的化妆品，能够解决一般的头发问题，但采用化妆品生发、乌发仍存在一些问题，比如无法从根本上解决生发、乌发的问题，新长出的头发仍存在白发的问题，而且生发效果不是非常理想。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂及其制备方法，该中药制剂采用天然中药成分，对人体毛发无损害，具有修护发质、促进毛发再生、增强头发弹性以及促进发根长大、黑色素合成的优点。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚50-70份，枸杞30-50份，山药30-50份，核桃仁50-70份，黄精20-40份，何首乌50-70份，川芎20-40份，乌炭子20-40份，茯苓20-40份，芡实20-40份，黑芝麻50-70份，黑豆80-100份，鳢肠30-50份，女贞子20-40份，当归10-30份，菟丝子40-60份，升麻10-30份，蜂蜜10-20份，去核大枣20-40份。
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚55-65份，枸杞35-45份，山药35-45份，核桃仁55-65份，黄精25-35份，何首乌55-65份，川芎25-35份，乌炭子25-35份，茯苓25-35份，芡实25-35份，黑芝麻55-65份，黑豆85-95份，鳢肠35-45份，女贞子25-35份，当归15-25份，菟丝子45-55份，升麻15-25份，蜂蜜12-18份，去核大枣25-35份。
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚60份，枸杞40份，山药40份，核桃仁60份，黄精30份，何首乌60份，川芎30份，乌炭子30份，茯苓30份，芡实30份，黑芝麻60份，黑豆90份，鳢肠40份，女贞子30份，当归20份，菟丝子50份，升麻20份，蜂蜜15份，去核大枣30份。
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下各步骤：1）取上述重量份的各原料，淘洗三遍后晾干；2）将步骤1）中晾干的各原料磨成细粉；3）向细粉中添加去离子水混合搅拌均匀，进行熬煮2次，合并熬煮液，浓缩至混合粉剂浓度达0.5-2kg/m³止，得提取液；4）取步骤3）中的提取液50-150g，向其中加入调味香精以及防腐剂，并配以1kg的去离子水混合搅拌，得混合液；5）将步骤4）中的混合液进行高温杀菌消毒，即得所述中药制剂，然后封装保存即可。
所述步骤2）中的细粉为80-100目。
所述步骤3）中的两次熬煮加水的量与细粉的量比例分别为：15:1和10:1。
本发明的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂采用天然植物组合配方，将各种天然植物制作成细粉状，然后熬煮得各中药提取液，然后采用去离子水调配而得。其中既包括有促进毛发生长、补充头皮营养元素的枸杞、山药、核桃仁、蜂蜜大枣等补血养气，促进头皮血液循环、新陈代谢的中药成分，另外还包括具有乌发功能的黑桑葚、黑芝麻、黑豆、鳢肠、何首乌、乌炭子等天然乌发中药成分。另外黑桑葚具有增加头皮血液供应，改善血液循环的作用，对头发有一定的营养和保健作用，还具有改善脾脏功能的作用，可促进血红细胞的生长，防止白细胞减少，对于神经衰弱有辅助功效；何首乌具有补气血、乌须发、强筋骨、补肝肾的功效，配伍黑桑椹、黑芝麻等，用于治疗肝肾亏虚，进而上荣于头，促进毛发生长、增强毛发营养，使毛发变粗变黑。黑豆中含有丰富的维生素、蛋黄素、黑色素及卵磷脂等物质，其中B 族维生素和维生素E 含量很高，具有营养保健作用，黑豆中还含有丰富的微量元素，对保持机体功能完整，延缓机体衰老、降低血液粘度、满足大脑对微量物质需求都是必不可少的，而且黑豆中所含的不饱和脂肪酸，可促进胆固醇的代谢、降低血脂，增强毛发发根营养，从根本上解决毛发营养不足，生长缓慢的问题，而且黑豆中的黑色素也促进了毛发变黑；黄精具有有温中补肾、散寒止痛功能，桂枝有发汗解肌，温通经脉功能，治外感、风寒、肩臂肢节酸痛，桂枝煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌和人型结核杆菌有显著抗菌作用；鳢肠具有滋补肝肾、凉血止血的功效，捣汁涂眉发，能促进毛发生长，内服有乌发、黑发功效。
综上，本发明的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，多种天然中草药原料结合起来使用，制得的中药制剂浓度适宜，对人体无毒副作用，具有修护发质、促进毛发再生、增强头发弹性以及促进发根长大、黑色素合成的优点，有效的解决了因营养气血不足、肝脾肾虚等引发的脱发、白发等症状。而且本发明的中药制剂的制备方法操作简单，适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
为使本领域的技术人员对本发明更好地理解，下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明：
实施例1
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚60份，枸杞40份，山药40份，核桃仁60份，黄精30份，何首乌60份，川芎30份，乌炭子30份，茯苓30份，芡实30份，黑芝麻60份，黑豆90份，鳢肠40份，女贞子30份，当归20份，菟丝子50份，升麻20份，蜂蜜15份，去核大枣30份。
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下各步骤：1）取上述重量份的各原料，淘洗三遍后晾干；2）将步骤1）中晾干的各原料磨成80-100目的细粉；3）向细粉中添加去离子水混合搅拌均匀，进行熬煮2次，两次熬煮加水的量与细粉的量比例分别为：15:1和10:1，然后合并熬煮液，浓缩至混合粉剂浓度达0.5-2kg/m³止，得提取液；4）取步骤3）中的提取液50-150g，向其中加入调味香精以及防腐剂，并配以1kg的去离子水混合搅拌，得混合液；5）将步骤4）中的混合液进行高温杀菌消毒，即得所述中药制剂，然后封装保存即可。
实施例2

一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚55份，枸杞35份，山药35份，核桃仁55份，黄精25份，何首乌55份，川芎25份，乌炭子25份，茯苓25份，芡实25份，黑芝麻55份，黑豆85份，鳢肠35份，女贞子25份，当归15份，菟丝子45份，升麻15份，蜂蜜12份，去核大枣25份。

一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚65份，枸杞45份，山药45份，核桃仁65份，黄精35份，何首乌65份，川芎35份，乌炭子35份，茯苓35份，芡实35份，黑芝麻65份，黑豆95份，鳢肠45份，女贞子35份，当归25份，菟丝子55份，升麻25份，蜂蜜18份，去核大枣35份。
该实施例的生发、乌发中药制剂的制备方法同实施例1的制备方法。
实施例5
一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚70份，枸杞50份，山药50份，核桃仁70份，黄精40份，何首乌70份，川芎40份，乌炭子40份，茯苓40份，芡实40份，黑芝麻70份，黑豆100份，鳢肠50份，女贞子40份，当归30份，菟丝子60份，升麻30份，蜂蜜20份，去核大枣40份。

1.一种生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚50-70份，枸杞30-50份，山药30-50份，核桃仁50-70份，黄精20-40份，何首乌50-70份，川芎20-40份，乌炭子20-40份，茯苓20-40份，芡实20-40份，黑芝麻50-70份，黑豆80-100份，鳢肠30-50份，女贞子20-40份，当归10-30份，菟丝子40-60份，升麻10-30份，蜂蜜10-20份，去核大枣20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚55-65份，枸杞35-45份，山药35-45份，核桃仁55-65份，黄精25-35份，何首乌55-65份，川芎25-35份，乌炭子25-35份，茯苓25-35份，芡实25-35份，黑芝麻55-65份，黑豆85-95份，鳢肠35-45份，女贞子25-35份，当归15-25份，菟丝子45-55份，升麻15-25份，蜂蜜12-18份，去核大枣25-35份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的各原料：黑桑葚60份，枸杞40份，山药40份，核桃仁60份，黄精30份，何首乌60份，川芎30份，乌炭子30份，茯苓30份，芡实30份，黑芝麻60份，黑豆90份，鳢肠40份，女贞子30份，当归20份，菟丝子50份，升麻20份，蜂蜜15份，去核大枣30份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下各步骤：1）取上述重量份的各原料，淘洗三遍后晾干；
2）将步骤1）中晾干的各原料磨成细粉；
3）向细粉中添加去离子水混合搅拌均匀，进行熬煮2次，合并熬煮液，浓缩至混合粉剂浓度达0.5-2kg/m³止，得提取液；
4）取步骤3）中的提取液50-150g，向其中加入调味香精以及防腐剂，并配以1kg的去离子水混合搅拌，得混合液；
5）将步骤4）中的混合液进行高温杀菌消毒，即得所述中药制剂，然后封装保存即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤2）中的细粉为80-100目。
6.根据权利要求4所述的生发、乌发的内服中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤3）中的两次熬煮加水的量与细粉的量比例分别为：15:1和10:1。
