本发明属于食品饮料技术领域,特别是涉及一种枸杞植物能量饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
在竞争日趋激烈的现代社会,工作节奏快、生活学习压力大,各种交际应酬、会议加班、考试升学等等严重透支了我们大量的精力。因此,研究开发补充人体能量的产品对于生活在快节奏生活中的人们来说具有非常实际的意义。
枸杞作为药食同源的保健植物,在国人心中有着不可替代的地位,是居家常备的珍贵食材。中华传统医学认为:枸杞能使气可充,血可补,阳可生,阴可长,火可降、风湿可去,有十全之妙用也。也唯有宁夏枸杞作为正品药材被纳入《中国药典》之中。现代医学研究发现,枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、类黄酮、β-胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素等营养成分,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、明目、养颜、保肝、补肾等功效。统计数据表明,截至2013年,国家食品药品监督管理总局已审查批准的10000多个保健食品,含枸杞成份的就达1800多个。
传统的枸杞处理方式是:枸杞采摘后经过晾、晒、风干后,泡酒、泡茶、煲汤或入药服用。科学研究表明,上述传统方式无法有效保留枸杞鲜果的营养成分,晾、晒、脱水后的枸杞干果,所含的枸杞多糖等活性成分与牛磺酸等多种氨基酸会有所流失或被破坏。此外,枸杞表面的蜡质层使得干果煲汤或泡水,也难以完全吸收枸杞的营养成分。

本发明的目的在于提供一种充分保留枸杞中的各种有效成分,发挥其功效的枸杞植物能量饮料;
本发明的另一目的是提供上述枸杞植物能量饮料的生产方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种枸杞植物能量饮料,其特征在于其原料组成为:
白砂糖1.0~20.0%、宁夏枸杞原汁5~30%、红枣浓缩汁0.5~20%、苹果浓缩汁0.1~8.0%、葡萄糖0.5~10.0%、无水柠檬酸0.03~0.5%、决明子粉0.01~0.5%、菊花粉0.01~0.5%、桑叶粉0.01~0.5%、甘草粉0.01~0.5%、枸杞花蜜0.01~0.5%、维生素0.01~0.5%、其余为水。
一种枸杞植物能量饮料的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)分别将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒经粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取、萃取物浓缩、干燥制成粉末剂;
2)按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中,搅拌混和均匀,后经超临界处理制成浸泡液;
3)按原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,均质处理,后超高温瞬时杀菌。
所述步骤1)中超临界CO2萃取条件为:萃取压力20~70MPa,萃取温度20~80℃,CO2流量25~100L/h,夹带剂为异丙醇,其用量为原料量的10~50%,动态运行2~10h后从分离釜中得萃取物。
所述步骤1)中萃取物浓缩至3倍浓缩。
所述步骤2)中超临界处理条件为:在温度20~80℃,压力为20~70MPa的超临界下处理0.1~2h。
所述步骤3)中均质处理是指在温度20~60℃、压力10~70MPa下经高压均质机处理3~150s。
所述步骤3)中超高温瞬时杀菌条件为:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉的制备:将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取条件、萃取物浓缩、干燥制得决明子粉、菊花粉和桑叶粉。
其中超临界CO2萃取条件为:萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度60℃,CO2流量50L/h,夹带剂为异丙醇,其用量为原料量的15%,动态运行3h,从分离釜中得萃取。萃取物浓缩至3倍后干燥。
(2)枸杞植物能量饮料基料的制备:按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中。各原料配比为:白砂糖5%、宁夏枸杞原汁20%、红枣浓缩汁2%、苹果浓缩汁2%、葡萄糖5%、无水柠檬酸0.3%、决明子粉0.2%、菊花粉0.2%、桑叶粉0.2%、甘草粉0.2%、枸杞花蜜0.1%、维生素0.05%,其余为水。
然后搅拌混和均匀,经50℃,压力为50MPa的超临界下处理0.5h得到浸泡液,使配料中的各种有效成分能够充分的掺混、作用,产生更加和谐的口感及风味。

实施例2
(1)决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉的制备:将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取条件、萃取物浓缩、干燥制得决明子粉、菊花粉和桑叶粉。
其中超临界CO2萃取条件为:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度80℃,CO2流量25L/h,夹带剂为异丙醇,其用量为原料量的20%,动态运行2h,从分离釜中得萃取。萃取物浓缩至3倍后干燥。
(2)枸杞植物能量饮料基料的制备:按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中。各原料配比为:白砂糖1.0%、宁夏枸杞原汁30%、红枣浓缩汁5%、苹果浓缩汁4%、葡萄糖0.5%、无水柠檬酸0.4%、决明子粉0.01%、菊花粉0.3%、桑叶粉0.4%、甘草粉0.5%、枸杞花蜜0.1%、维生素0.01%,其余为水。
然后搅拌混和均匀,经80℃,压力为20MPa的超临界下处理2h得到浸泡液,使配料中的各种有效成分能够充分的掺混、作用,产生更加和谐的口感及风味。
(3)按照原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,然后在20℃、压力40MPa压力下经高压均质机进行均质处理3~150s。
(4)超高温瞬时杀菌,杀菌条件:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s;
(5)无菌灌装、封口;
(6)二次杀菌、冷却即可得到成品。
实施例3
(1)决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉的制备:将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取条件、萃取物浓缩、干燥制得决明子粉、菊花粉和桑叶粉。
其中超临界CO2萃取条件为:萃取压力40MPa,萃取温度60℃,CO2流量45L/h,夹带剂为异丙醇,其用量为原料量的30%,动态运行8h,从分离釜中得萃取。萃取物浓缩至3倍后干燥。
(2)枸杞植物能量饮料基料的制备:按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中。各原料配比为:白砂糖10.0%、宁夏枸杞原汁25%、红枣浓缩汁0.5%、苹果浓缩汁8%、葡萄糖1.5%、无水柠檬酸0.2%、决明子粉0.3%、菊花粉0.4%、桑叶粉0.5%、甘草粉0.5%、枸杞花蜜0.01%、维生素0.1%,其余为水。
然后搅拌混和均匀,经60℃,压力为30MPa的超临界下处理1.5h得到浸泡液,使配料中的各种有效成分能够充分的掺混、作用,产生更加和谐的口感及风味。
(3)按照原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,然后在30℃、压力50MPa压力下经高压均质机进行均质处理3~150s。
(4)超高温瞬时杀菌,杀菌条件:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s;
(5)无菌灌装、封口;
(6)二次杀菌、冷却即可得到成品。
实施例4
(1)决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉的制备:将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取条件、萃取物浓缩、干燥制得决明子粉、菊花粉和桑叶粉。

(2)枸杞植物能量饮料基料的制备:按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中。各原料配比为:白砂糖15.0%、宁夏枸杞原汁15%、红枣浓缩汁20%、苹果浓缩汁0.1%、葡萄糖6%、无水柠檬酸0.5%、决明子粉0.4%、菊花粉0.5%、桑叶粉0.1%、甘草粉0.01%、枸杞花蜜0.3%、维生素0.5%,其余为水。
然后搅拌混和均匀,经40℃,压力为40MPa的超临界下处理0.5h得到浸泡液,使配料中的各种有效成分能够充分的掺混、作用,产生更加和谐的口感及风味。
(3)按照原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,然后在50℃、压力70MPa压力下经高压均质机进行均质处理3~150s。
(4)超高温瞬时杀菌,杀菌条件:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s;
(5)无菌灌装、封口;
(6)二次杀菌、冷却即可得到成品。
实施例5

(3)按照原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,然后在40℃、压力30MPa压力下经高压均质机进行均质处理3~150s。

(3)按照原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,然后在60℃、压力10MPa压力下经高压均质机进行均质处理3~150s。
(4)超高温瞬时杀菌,杀菌条件:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s;
(5)无菌灌装、封口;
(6)二次杀菌、冷却即可得到成品。
Claims (3)
1.一种枸杞植物能量饮料,其特征在于其原料组成为:
白砂糖1.0~20.0%、宁夏枸杞原汁5~30%、红枣浓缩汁0.5~20%、苹果浓缩汁0.1~8.0%、葡萄糖0.5~10.0%、无水柠檬酸0.03~0.5%、决明子粉0.01~0.5%、菊花粉0.01~0.5%、桑叶粉0.01~0.5%、甘草粉0.01~0.5%、枸杞花蜜0.01~0.5%、维生素0.01~0.5%、其余为水;
上述枸杞植物能量饮料采用包括如下步骤的方法生产:
1)分别将决明子、菊花和桑叶的干原料颗粒经粉碎、过20目筛、超临界CO2萃取、萃取物浓缩、干燥制成粉末剂,所述超临界CO2萃取条件为:萃取压力20~70MPa,萃取温度20~80℃,CO2流量25~100L/h,夹带剂为异丙醇,其用量为原料量的10~50%,动态运行2~10h后从分离釜中得萃取物;
2)按照原料配比将白砂糖、宁夏枸杞原汁、红枣浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄糖、无水柠檬酸、决明子粉、菊花粉、桑叶粉、甘草粉、枸杞花蜜和维生素加入水中,搅拌混和均匀,后经超临界处理制成浸泡液,所述超临界处理条件为:在温度20~80℃,压力为20~70MPa的超临界下处理0.1~2h;
3)按原料配比在浸泡液中补足水,均质处理,后超高温瞬时杀菌,所述均质处理是指在温度20~60℃、压力10~70MPa下经高压均质机处理3~150s。
2.按照权利要求1所述的枸杞植物能量饮料,其特征在于所述步骤1)中萃取物浓缩至3倍浓缩。
3.按照权利要求1所述的枸杞植物能量饮料,其特征在于所述步骤3)中超高温瞬时杀菌条件为:温度为110~200℃,杀菌时间3~100s。
