本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种木瓜饮料及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮食的要求也逐渐提高,饮食行业正在向着集口感、养生、保健为一体的方向发展。传统饮料大多仅在口感上满足了人们的需求,而在营养价值能方便很多都是零价值,甚至有部分是负价值,因此,生产开发功能行饮料是适应市场需求的大势所趋。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种木瓜饮料及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种木瓜饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
木瓜50-60、葛根粉3-5、柠檬酸2-3、果胶酶0.6-1、白芍2-4、龙胆草1-3、苍术2-3、桂枝2-4、玫瑰花1-3、香叶子2-4、钩藤2-3、白及1-3、蔗糖2-4、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的木瓜饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将白芍、龙胆草、苍术、桂枝、玫瑰花、香叶子、钩藤、白及加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将木瓜去皮后,放入榨汁机中榨汁;
(3)将木瓜汁、葛根粉、柠檬酸、果胶酶、蔗糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
香叶子为樟种植物香叶子的树皮或枝、叶。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种木瓜饮料及其加工方法,将木瓜经过榨汁加入至饮料中,同时原料中加入了多种中药成分,使得本发明产品不仅具有良好的口感,而且具有降血压、平肝和胃、丰胸美体等效果。

实施例1:
一种木瓜饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
木瓜60、葛根粉5、柠檬酸2、果胶酶1、白芍4、龙胆草3、苍术2、桂枝4、玫瑰花2、香叶子3、钩藤2、白及3、蔗糖4、营养添加剂6;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按3:2:3的重量比混合组成。
所述的木瓜饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将白芍、龙胆草、苍术、桂枝、玫瑰花、香叶子、钩藤、白及加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将木瓜去皮后,放入榨汁机中榨汁;
(3)将木瓜汁、葛根粉、柠檬酸、果胶酶、蔗糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。

木瓜50-60、葛根粉3-5、柠檬酸2-3、果胶酶0.6-1、白芍2-4、龙胆草1-3、苍术2-3、桂枝2-4、玫瑰花1-3、香叶子2-4、钩藤2-3、白及1-3、蔗糖2-4、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的木瓜饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将白芍、龙胆草、苍术、桂枝、玫瑰花、香叶子、钩藤、白及加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将木瓜去皮后,放入榨汁机中榨汁;
(3)将木瓜汁、葛根粉、柠檬酸、果胶酶、蔗糖、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
