本发明公开了一种含生白芍的饮料,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:生白芍粉5-15%、草酸2-3%、蔗糖0.05-0.15%、瓜尔豆胶0.03-0.08%、蜂蜜0.2-0.6%、白茅根1-6%、木糖醇0.3-0.6%,山梨酸钾0.04-0.06%其余为纯净水。本发明还公开了含生白芍的饮料的制备方法。本发明的优点在于,充分发挥了生白芍养血敛阴,柔肝止痛,平肝阳等药用价值,使得该饮料为较有前景的保健饮料,并且在保持凤丹的药用价值的情况下,该饮料口感甘甜舒爽,较有市场前景。

本发明涉及含生白芍的饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
生白芍,主产浙江、四川、安徽等地,安徽产者称为亳白芍,产量最大。多年生草本。根粗壮,分枝黑褐色。茎高40-70厘米,无毛。下部茎生叶为二回三出复叶,上部茎生叶为三出复叶;小叶狭卵形,椭圆形或披针形,顶端渐尖,基部楔形或偏斜,边缘具白色骨质细齿,两面无毛,背面沿叶脉疏生短柔毛。养血敛阴,柔肝止痛,平肝阳。平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗。生白芍用于头痛眩晕、胁痛、腹痛、四肢挛痛、血虚萎黄、月经不调、自汗、盗汗。
目前,由于生白芍的药用价值较高,生白芍的种植也收到越来越多的普及,因此,对于生白芍进行下游产业的开发非常有市场前景。

一种含生白芍的饮料,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:
生白芍粉5-15%、草酸2-3%、蔗糖0.05-0.15%、瓜尔豆胶0.03-0.08%、蜂蜜0.2-0.6%、白茅根1-6%、木糖醇0.3-0.6%,山梨酸钾0.04-0.06%其余为纯净水。
进一步地,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:生白芍粉8%、草酸2.3%、蔗糖0.11%、瓜尔豆胶0.04%、蜂蜜0.5%、白茅根3.5%、木糖醇0.35%、山梨酸钾0.05%,其余为纯净水。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种含生白芍的饮料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种含生白芍的饮料的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)挑选饱满的生白芍,在40-45℃条件下烘干,并平摊晾晒;
(2)将晾晒后的生白芍进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(3)将粉碎后的生白芍在真空烘焙箱内在80-85℃条件下烘焙1-2h;
(4)将白茅根粉碎至20-30目;
(5)将粉碎的白茅根加水并热至100℃保持0.5h,提取澄清液;
(6)将(3)烘焙后的生白芍粉、(5)提取的澄清液、草酸、蔗糖、瓜尔豆胶、蜂蜜、木糖醇、山梨酸钾、纯净水按比例混合调配。
本发明的有益效果:
充分发挥了生白芍养血敛阴,柔肝止痛,平肝阳的药用价值,使得该饮料为较有前景的保健饮料,并且在保持生白芍的药用价值的情况下,该饮料口感甘甜舒爽,较有市场前景。

3.一种含生白芍的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
(1)挑选饱满的生白芍,在40-45℃条件下烘干,并平摊晾晒;
(2)将晾晒后的生白芍进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(3)将粉碎后的生白芍在真空烘焙箱内在80-85℃条件下烘焙1-2h;
