本发明公开了一种木糖醇花生露及其加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:花生40-50、木糖醇8-10、植脂末10-12、香兰素0.8-1、灵芝2-3、野菊花1-2、玫瑰花1-3、杭白菊1-2、陈皮1-3、西红花2-3、北鱼黄草2-3、肉桂1-2、营养添加剂8-10;本发明提供了一种木糖醇花生露及其加工方法,本方法操作简单、配方合理、营养丰富;原料中采用木糖醇替代了传统的白砂糖做为甜味剂,使得本发明产品能适合高血糖人群饮用,同时原料中还有灵芝、野菊花、陈皮等多种保健作用的中药成分,使得本发明产品具有养生保健作用。

本发明涉及一种木糖醇花生露及其加工方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
花生广泛种植于我国的大部分地区,花生养成分非常的丰富,其中脂肪和蛋白质含量最高,但是由于传统的花生制品较少,使用方法单一,导致其产品的附加价值不高,因此,发明更多的花生制品,有利于提高花生的附加价值。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种木糖醇花生露及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种木糖醇花生露,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
花生40-50、木糖醇8-10、植脂末10-12、香兰素0.8-1、灵芝2-3、野菊花1-2、玫瑰花1-3、杭白菊1-2、陈皮1-3、西红花2-3、北鱼黄草2-3、肉桂1-2、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.01-0.04:3-5:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的木糖醇花生露的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将灵芝、野菊花、玫瑰花、杭白菊、陈皮、西红花、北鱼黄草、肉桂加入至适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将花生剥干净后放入提取液中,浸泡3-5小时,然后一起倒入榨汁机中,打浆,得花生浆料;
(3)将木糖醇、植脂末、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至花生浆料中,然后经加热、均质处理后,进行装罐,高温灭菌,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种木糖醇花生露及其加工方法,本方法操作简单、配方合理、营养丰富;原料中采用木糖醇替代了传统的白砂糖做为甜味剂,使得本发明产品能适合高血糖人群饮用,同时原料中还有灵芝、野菊花、陈皮等多种保健作用的中药成分,使得本发明产品具有养生保健作用。

实施例1:
一种木糖醇花生露,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
花生50、木糖醇10、植脂末10、香兰素0.8、灵芝3、野菊花2、玫瑰花3、杭白菊2、陈皮1、西红花3、北鱼黄草3、肉桂2、营养添加剂8;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.04:3:5的重量比混合组成。
所述的木糖醇花生露的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将灵芝、野菊花、玫瑰花、杭白菊、陈皮、西红花、北鱼黄草、肉桂加入至适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将花生剥干净后放入提取液中,浸泡3-5小时,然后一起倒入榨汁机中,打浆,得花生浆料;
(3)将木糖醇、植脂末、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至花生浆料中,然后经加热、均质处理后,进行装罐,高温灭菌,即得。

1.一种木糖醇花生露,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
花生40-50、木糖醇8-10、植脂末10-12、香兰素0.8-1、灵芝2-3、野菊花1-2、玫瑰花1-3、杭白菊1-2、陈皮1-3、西红花2-3、北鱼黄草2-3、肉桂1-2、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.01-0.04:3-5:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的木糖醇花生露的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将灵芝、野菊花、玫瑰花、杭白菊、陈皮、西红花、北鱼黄草、肉桂加入至适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将花生剥干净后放入提取液中,浸泡3-5小时,然后一起倒入榨汁机中,打浆,得花生浆料;
(3)将木糖醇、植脂末、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至花生浆料中,然后经加热、均质处理后,进行装罐,高温灭菌,即得。
