本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种绿茶抗氧化芝麻酱,由以下重量份原料组成:牛蒡酱200-230、黑芝麻35-40、蚕豆20-30、虾仁25-30、鲢鱼肉20-25、咖啡50-60、芒果40-50、龙眼35-45、绿茶粉6-8、金樱子5-6、柑叶5-6、苦瓜4-5、绞股蓝3-4、薰衣草5-6、山药5-6、三七5-6、丹参3-4、木瓜核2-3、香蜂草2-3、食品添加剂6-8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:山药粉20-30、荠菜20-25、芹菜20-25、葡萄籽5-6、青柠檬片8-10、黑大豆叶4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将荠菜、芹菜洗净,切碎后,放入榨汁机中榨成汁,将汁喷雾干燥成粉,得到蔬菜粉备用;
(2)将葡萄籽、青柠檬片、黑大豆叶用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将山药粉、蔬菜粉、步骤2的粉末合并,混匀即可。

(4)将金樱子、柑叶、苦瓜、绞股蓝、薰衣草、山药、三七、丹参、木瓜核、香蜂草用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将牛蒡酱置于容器中,加入绿茶粉、食品添加剂、芝麻豆粉、果汁、中药粉,充分搅拌,加热翻炒30-40分钟后,冷却后包装即可。
朱砂根为紫金牛科植物朱砂根的根。
