人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种牛奶芝麻酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种牛奶芝麻酱,由以下重量份原料组成:番茄酱280-300、芝麻粉40-50、奶油20-30、蜂王浆8-10、牛奶50-60、茶树菇20-30、冬瓜30-40、青椒40-50、黄桃40-50、椰果30-35、菊花5-7、百合5-6、玫瑰5-6、酸枣仁5-6、合欢花5-6、远志3-5、五味子2-3、海蓬子2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:山药粉20-30、荠菜20-25、芹菜20-25、葡萄籽5-6、青柠檬片8-10、黑大豆叶4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将荠菜、芹菜洗净,切碎后,放入榨汁机中榨成汁,将汁喷雾干燥成粉,得到蔬菜粉备用;
(2)将葡萄籽、青柠檬片、黑大豆叶用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将山药粉、蔬菜粉、步骤2的粉末合并,混匀即可。
一种牛奶芝麻酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜去皮去籽,洗净后切成块,与洗净的茶树菇、青椒一起置于榨汁机中,加入牛奶,榨成汁,将汁倒入锅中,加入食品添加剂,加热浓缩成浓缩物备用;
(2)将黄桃、椰果洗净,取其果肉,做成小果粒备用;
(3)将菊花、百合、玫瑰、酸枣仁、合欢花、远志、五味子、海蓬子用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(4)将番茄酱、芝麻粉、奶油、蜂王浆、步骤1中的浓缩物、小果粒、中药粉合并,充分搅拌,混匀后,灌装即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:山药粉20-30、荠菜20-25、芹菜20-25、葡萄籽5-6、青柠檬片8-10、黑大豆叶4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将荠菜、芹菜洗净,切碎后,放入榨汁机中榨成汁,将汁喷雾干燥成粉,得到蔬菜粉备用;
