    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种清热苦菜雪梨汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种清热苦菜雪梨汁,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨150-160、苦瓜15-20、苹果醋30-40、富硒糯米20-30、矿泉水400-420、苦菜汁50-60、莲花5-7、黄瓜霜4-6、甘草8-10、金银花6-8、薰衣草5-7、茅根5-6、苜蓿芽2-3、白叶火草2-3、冰糖70-80、营养液10-12、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:醋栗20-30、富硒糯米10-15、玛咖粉8-10、青梅醋80-100、枣叶粉0.5-1、蜂王浆20-25、水适量;
营养液的制备方法,(1)将醋栗、富硒糯米洗净,至于锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮60-80分钟,过滤,得到浆液备用;
(2)将青梅醋、蜂王浆放入锅中,加热混匀后,倒入玛咖粉、枣叶粉、步骤1中的浆液,充分搅拌,混匀后即得营养液。
一种清热苦菜雪梨汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨洗净,取其果肉,切成片,放入锅中,加矿泉水、冰糖,加热煮至汤浓,过滤得梨汁;将苦瓜洗净去籽,放入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤的苦瓜汁;
(2)将富硒糯米洗净,放入锅中,混合适量水倒入竹筒,将竹筒密封至于锅中,加适量水,待竹筒中富硒糯米煮烂后,取出过滤,得到竹香富硒糯米汁;
(3)将莲花、黄瓜霜、甘草、金银花、薰衣草、茅根、苜蓿芽、白叶火草用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物备用;
(4)将梨汁、苦瓜汁、竹香富硒糯米汁、提取物与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后,装瓶即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种清热苦菜雪梨汁,添加苦瓜、富硒糯米,有很好的清热降火的作用,富硒糯米能够补硒,有益健康,莲花、黄瓜霜、甘草、金银花、薰衣草等提取物有清热去湿、明目、的作用,且能够有效防止上火而造成脸上痘痘,达到美容养颜的效果。

一种清热苦菜雪梨汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:雪梨150、苦瓜15、苹果醋30、富硒糯米20、矿泉水400、苦菜汁50、莲花5、黄瓜霜4、甘草8、金银花6、薰衣草5、茅根5、苜蓿芽2、白叶火草2、冰糖70、营养液10、水适量:

1.一种清热苦菜雪梨汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:雪梨150-160、苦瓜15-20、苹果醋30-40、富硒糯米20-30、矿泉水400-420、苦菜汁50-60、莲花5-7、黄瓜霜4-6、甘草8-10、金银花6-8、薰衣草5-7、茅根5-6、苜蓿芽2-3、白叶火草2-3、冰糖70-80、营养液10-12、水适量:
所述营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:醋栗20-30、富硒糯米10-15、玛咖粉8-10、青梅醋80-100、枣叶粉0.5-1、蜂王浆20-25、水适量;
所述营养液的制备方法,(1)将醋栗、富硒糯米洗净,至于锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮60-80分钟,过滤,得到浆液备用;
(2)将青梅醋、蜂王浆放入锅中,加热混匀后,倒入玛咖粉、枣叶粉、步骤1中的浆液,充分搅拌,混匀后即得营养液。
