本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种糯米果粒橙饮料,由以下重量份原料制成:鲜橙400-450、糯米40-50、桃胶15-20、柠檬70-80、苹果醋100-120、莲子5-7、菊花8-9、金银花6-8、桑叶5-6、玫瑰花5-7、苹果花5-7、地榆叶4-6、火炭母2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米黑霉粉8-10、螺旋藻5-7、槐花5-7、菱角30-40、竹荪30-40、菱角茎4-5、蜂蜜50-60、米酒60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玉米黑霉粉、螺旋藻、槐花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将菱角去壳后,与竹荪一起放入锅中,加入米酒、蜂蜜,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将提取液、浆汁合并,混匀后过滤,得到滤液备用。

(1)将鲜橙洗净,取其果肉,做成果粒备用;
(2)将糯米洗净,放入锅中,加适量水,加热煮沸后,将桃胶加入,继续加热至桃胶融化,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将柠檬洗净,放入榨汁机中,加苹果醋,榨汁后,过滤,得到滤液备用;

(5)将果粒、步骤2滤液、步骤3滤液、提取液、食品添加剂混合,搅拌混匀后,得到果粒橙饮料。
