[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种润肠减肥蜂蜜山药汁,由以下重量份原料制成:鲜山药80-100、葡萄酒80-100、矿泉水400-420、蜂蜜160-180、金针菇20-30、糜子20-30、芦荟10-15、桃花5-7、三七6-8、生地黄4-6、菊花6-8、夏枯花4-6、决明子6-8、川萆蘚3-4、荷叶灰3-4、营养液12-14、鲜竹筒适量、淡竹叶15-20、水适量:
营养液,由以下重量份原料制成:红豆汁50-60、雪莲菌10-15、大蒜15-20、糯米酒40-50、香蜂草8-10、苹果花5-6、枸杞6_7、百合6_7、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(I)将糯米酒混合香蜂草放入碾磨机中碾磨,待香蜂草被碾碎成末,过滤,得到浆液;
(2)将雪莲菌、大蒜洗净放入锅中,加红豆汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得浆液;
(3)将苹果花、枸杞、百合用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液,与步骤1、步骤2的浆液混合,搅拌均匀即得营养液。

(1)将山药洗净,去皮后混合葡萄酒、矿泉水至于榨汁机中榨汁,得到汁液与蜂蜜、淡竹叶混合,搅拌均匀后分装在鲜竹筒中,将竹筒密封,放入锅中,加适量水,加热焖煮40-50分钟后,取出竹筒中所有物料,过滤,得到山药汁;
(2)将金针菇、糜子洗净,晒干后碾磨成粉,过200-300目筛,再放入锅中,加热翻炒20-25分钟,得到金针菇糜子粉备用;
(3)将芦荟、桃花、三七、生地黄、菊花、夏枯花、决明子、川萆蘚、荷叶灰用6-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将山药汁、金针菇糜子粉、提取液与剩余原料中除水外的其他食用成分混合,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。

营养液,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:红豆汁50、雪莲菌10、大蒜15、糯米酒40、香蜂草8、苹果花5、枸杞6、百合6、水适量;
营养液的制备方法:(1)将糯米酒混合香蜂草放入碾磨机中碾磨,待香蜂草被碾碎成末,过滤,得到浆液;
(2)将雪莲菌、大蒜洗净放入锅中,加红豆汁,加热焖煮30分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得浆液;
