一种奶味金针菇保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:金针菇30-35、姜黄3-4、玄参2-3、生地黄1-2、罗汉果花1.5-2、猪苓1.9-2.2、蒲草根2.5-3、菅茅根1.8-2、话梅肉5-6、梨脯4-5、鸡骨3-4、红曲米4-5、茶叶3-4、柠檬汁10-12、酸奶4-5、狲猴桃汁7-8、营养保健液7-8。本发明配方合理科学,符合消费的口味,且营养丰富,其中添加的梨脯等多种果脯使得本发明味道香甜,而鸡骨则使得本发明含有丰富的钙质,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到清热解毒、润燥滑肠、降压降脂的功效,是一种绿色休闲保健饮品。

[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种奶味金针菇保健饮料及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种奶味金针菇保健饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
金针菇30-35、姜黄3-4、玄参2-3、生地黄1_2、罗汉果花1.5_2、猪苓1.9-2.2、蒲草根2.5-3、菅茅根1.8-2、话梅肉5-6、梨脯4_5、鸡骨3_4、红曲米4_5、茶叶3_4、柠檬汁10-12、酸奶4-5、狲猴桃汁7-8、营养保健液7-8 ;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份的原料制成:当归1-1.2、杭白菊1.3-1.5、太子参1.2-1.4、地骨皮0.8-1、苦草0.8-1、糯米3_4、皮蛋蛋黄2_3、大米胚芽3_4、橄榄油1-2、豆奶 30-33 ;
制备方法为:(I)将当归、杭白菊、太子参、地骨皮、苦草加豆奶,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将糯米、大米胚芽与橄榄油混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后出锅,与剩余物料混合,加滤液打浆,即得。

(1)将姜黄、玄参、生地黄、罗汉果花、猪苓、蒲草根、菅茅根加6-7倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将茶叶加柠檬汁密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,得柠檬茶;
(3)将鸡骨送入开水锅中大火煮60-70分钟后捞出,加柠檬茶研磨匀质;
(4)将金针菇、话梅肉、梨脯、红曲米加3-4倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与步骤
(I)、(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,大火煮沸,即得。

话梅肉6、梨脯5、鸡骨4、红曲米5、茶叶4、柠檬汁10、酸奶4、狲猴桃汁8、营养保健液8 ;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:当归1.2、杭白菊1.-1.5、太子参
1.4、地骨皮1、苦草1、糯米4、皮蛋蛋黄3、大米胚芽3、橄榄油2、豆奶33 ;
制备方法为:(I)将当归、杭白菊、太子参、地骨皮、苦草加豆奶,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将糯米、大米胚芽与橄榄油混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后出锅,与剩余物料混合,加滤液打浆,即得。

1.一种奶味金针菇保健饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成: 金针菇30-35、姜黄3-4、玄参2-3、生地黄1_2、罗汉果花1.5_2、猪苓1.9-2.2、蒲草根2.5-3、菅茅根1.8-2、话梅肉5-6、梨脯4_5、鸡骨3_4、红曲米4_5、茶叶3_4、柠檬汁10-12、酸奶4-5、狲猴桃汁7-8、营养保健液7-8 ; 所述营养保健液由下列重量份的原料制成:当归1-1.2、杭白菊1.3-1.5、太子参1.2-1.4、地骨皮0.8-1、苦草0.8-1、糯米3_4、皮蛋蛋黄2_3、大米胚芽3_4、橄榄油1-2、豆奶 30-33 ; 制备方法为:(I)将当归、杭白菊、太子参、地骨皮、苦草加豆奶,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,收集滤液; (2)将糯米、大米胚芽与橄榄油混合入锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后出锅,与剩余物料混合,加滤液打浆,即得。
