本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种枸杞黑米汁,由以下重量份原料制成:黑米汁300-320、柠檬汁100-120、金针菇50-60、豆豉30-40、胡桃60-70、荔枝50-60、枸杞粉10-12、密蒙花5-7、葫芦巴4-6、青蒿3-5、肉桂4-6、二色补血草3-5、猫爪草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、黑糖60-85、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:白醋50-60、柠檬40-50、刺嫩芽20-30、豌豆苗40-50、柑橙花苞8-10、欧石楠6-8、绿豆皮5-6、桃花5-7、桃胶40-50、红糖60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将柠檬洗净,放入榨汁机中榨成果汁备用;
(2)将刺嫩芽、豌豆苗洗净,放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到汁液置于锅中,加桃胶、红糖、适量的水,加热煮至桃胶、红糖溶化,得到锅中所有物料备用;
(3)将欧石楠、柑橙花苞、绿豆皮、桃花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将果汁、步骤2中所有物料、提取液与白醋混合,倒入容器中,摇匀后密封静置5-7天,过滤,取滤液。
