一种枸杞黑米汁,由以下重量份原料制成:黑米汁300-320、柠檬汁100-120、金针菇50-60、豆豉30-40、胡桃60-70、荔枝50-60、枸杞粉10-12、密蒙花5-7、葫芦巴4-6等;本发明公开了一种枸杞黑米汁及其制备工艺,以黑米汁、柠檬汁作为主要原料,两者搭配,具有丰富的营养,且口感很好,加入胡桃、荔枝的鲜榨果汁,口感酸甜,且这两种水果能够补肾益肾,以及枸杞粉、密蒙花、葫芦巴、青蒿、肉桂等提取物的添加,具有一定的滋阴补肾、养肝明目等的功效,适量饮用,有益于人体健康。

背景技术
人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种枸杞黑米汁及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种枸杞黑米汁,由以下重量份原料制成:黑米汁300-320、柠檬汁100-120、金针菇50-60、豆豉30-40、胡桃60-70、荔枝50-60、枸杞粉10-12、密蒙花5-7、葫芦巴4-6、青蒿3-5、肉桂4-6、二色补血草3-5、猫爪草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、黑糖60-85、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:白醋50-60、柠檬40-50、刺嫩芽20-30、豌豆苗40-50、柑橙花苞8-10、欧石楠6-8、绿豆皮5-6、桃花5-7、桃胶40-50、红糖60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将柠檬洗净,放入榨汁机中榨成果汁备用;
(2)将刺嫩芽、豌豆苗洗净,放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到汁液置于锅中,加桃胶、红糖、适量的水,加热煮至桃胶、红糖溶化,得到锅中所有物料备用;
(3)将欧石楠、柑橙花苞、绿豆皮、桃花用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将果汁、步骤2中所有物料、提取液与白醋混合,倒入容器中,摇匀后密封静置5-7天,过滤,取滤液。
一种枸杞黑米汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将金针菇洗净切碎,与洗净的豆豉一起放入锅中,加适量的水,加热煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁过滤,得到滤液备用;
(2)将胡桃、荔枝洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到鲜榨果汁备用;
(3)将枸杞粉、密蒙花、葫芦巴、青蒿、肉桂、二色补血草、猫爪草用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1的滤液、鲜榨果汁、提取液、黑米汁、柠檬汁、食品添加剂、黑糖混合,倒入锅中,加热并不断搅拌,混匀煮沸后,再进行灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种枸杞黑米汁及其制备工艺,以黑米汁、柠檬汁作为主要原料,两者搭配,具有丰富的营养,且口感很好,加入胡桃、荔枝的鲜榨果汁,口感酸甜,且这两种水果能够补肾益肾,以及枸杞粉、密蒙花、葫芦巴、青蒿、肉桂等提取物的添加,具有一定的滋阴补肾、养肝明目等的功效,适量饮用,有益于人体健康。

一种枸杞黑米汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:黑米汁300、柠檬汁100、金针菇50、豆豉30、胡桃60、荔枝50、枸杞粉10、密蒙花5、葫芦巴4、青蒿3、肉桂4、二色补血草3、猫爪草2、食品添加剂8、黑糖60、水适量:

1.一种枸杞黑米汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:黑米汁300-320、柠檬汁100-120、金针菇50-60、豆豉30-40、胡桃60-70、荔枝50-60、枸杞粉10-12、密蒙花5-7、葫芦巴4-6、青蒿3-5、肉桂4-6、二色补血草3-5、猫爪草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、黑糖60-85、水适量:
