人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种提神咖啡糯米汁的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种提神咖啡糯米汁,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米40-50、咖啡汁200-220、菠萝汁200-230、红石榴糖浆70-80、菊花脑40-50、芹菜30-40、米酒60-70、淡竹叶6-8、冰草4-5、橘子皮5-7、芡实5-7、山柰3-5、丁香5-6、人参5-6、荏叶2-3、薄荷精油0.03-0.05、食品添加剂8-10、白糖80-90、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黄瓜籽粉10-15、啤酒酵母粉5-8、可可粉40-50、南瓜花5-7、苹果花4-6、桃仁4-5、花生壳5-6、猴头菇20-30、橄榄果汁30-40、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将南瓜花、苹果花、桃仁、花生壳用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将猴头菇洗净,置于锅中,加入橄榄果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁后喷雾干燥,得到橄榄猴头菇粉备用;
(3)将黄瓜籽粉、啤酒酵母粉、可可粉、步骤1的粉末、橄榄猴头菇粉合并,混匀即可。
一种提神咖啡糯米汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米洗净,放入容器中,加入咖啡汁、食品添加剂、薄荷精油,加热至糯米融化,过滤,得到咖啡糯米汁备用;
(2)将淡竹叶、冰草、橘子皮、芡实、山柰、丁香、人参、荏叶用5-10倍量的水提取,得到中药提取液备用;
(3)将菊花脑、芹菜洗净,切碎后与米酒一起放入,反复揉碎碾压,在得到滤液后,将滤液放入锅中,加热煮沸后备用;
(4)将菠萝汁、咖啡糯米汁、中药提取液、步骤3的滤液、白糖合并,充分搅拌,混匀后灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种提神咖啡糯米汁,以咖啡汁和菠萝汁作为主料,咖啡具有提神的作用,菠萝汁改善了口感,酸甜可口,糯米爽滑可口且营养丰富,以及橘子皮、芡实、山柰、丁香、人参等提取物的添加,增强了本发明汁的提神的作用,特别适合熬夜工作没精神的人饮用,营养健康。

一种提神咖啡糯米汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:糯米40、咖啡汁200、菠萝汁200、红石榴糖浆70、菊花脑40、芹菜30、米酒60、淡竹叶6、冰草4、橘子皮5、芡实5、山柰3、丁香5、人参5、荏叶2、薄荷精油0.03、食品添加剂8、白糖80、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:黄瓜籽粉10、啤酒酵母粉5、可可粉40、南瓜花5、苹果花4、桃仁4、花生壳5、猴头菇20、橄榄果汁30、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将南瓜花、苹果花、桃仁、花生壳用5倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将猴头菇洗净,置于锅中,加入橄榄果汁,加热焖煮30分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁后喷雾干燥,得到橄榄猴头菇粉备用;
