本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种竹荪红枣浆,由以下重量份原料组成:竹荪50-60、红豆50-60、红枣仁30-40、甜橙20-30、草莓20-30、番茄30-40、莲子6-7、黄芪5-6、甘草5-6、白术5-6、山药6-7、千日红4-5、白芷4-5、鸡冠花4-5、四叶草4-5、米酒400-450、饴糖30-40、蜂蜜60-70、食品添加剂6-8、水适量。
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、紫菜粉8-10、玫瑰花粉5-6、黑麦粉5-6、魔芋胶3-4、薏仁油0.2-0.3、杨梅核粉2-3、淀粉10-15、蜂蜜8-10。
一种竹荪红枣浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹荪、红豆洗净,至于锅中,倒入米酒、食品添加剂、适量的水,加热焖煮50-60分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆,过滤,得到红豆浆备用;
(2)将红枣仁、甜橙、草莓、番茄洗净,取其果肉,置于锅中,加入饴糖、蜂蜜、红豆浆,加热焖煮至果肉烂熟,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(3)将黄芪、甘草、白术、山药、千日红、白芷、鸡冠花、四叶草用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤2中的滤液与中药浓缩液合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种竹荪红枣浆,制作工艺简单,营养丰富,以竹荪作为主材料,含有由较多的氨基酸、蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物元素和维生素,有益于人体健康,同时添加黄芪、甘草、白术、山药等具有益气补血的中药材的提取物,特别适合女性补血益气。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、紫菜粉8-10、玫瑰花粉5-6、黑麦粉5-6、魔芋胶3-4、薏仁油0.2-0.3、杨梅核粉2-3、淀粉10-15、蜂蜜8-10。
