本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种银耳桂花粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种银耳桂花粥,由以下重量份原料组成:大米130-150、小黄米45-55、豆腐干20-30、鲜牛奶60-70、银耳20-25、胡萝卜20-25、红枣15-20、葡萄20-25、乌梅15-20、红酒30-40、蜂蜜20-30、桂花粉8-10、大青叶3-5、葡萄籽2-3、鼠尾草2-3、迷迭香粉2-3、泽兰2-3、马鞭草2-3、娑罗子3-4、龙胆草3-4、芦丁2-3、食品添加剂7-9、白糖适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉10-15、冻干橘子粉20-30、黑糖粉35-40、当归油0.2-0.4、板栗粉20-22、糯米酒20-30、草莓酱20-30;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,将啤酒酵母粉、冻干橘子粉、黑糖粉、当归油、板栗粉、糯米酒、草莓酱合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种银耳桂花粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将豆腐干洗净,切成碎粒,与洗净的大米、小黄米一起放入锅中,加入鲜牛奶、食品添加剂、适量的水,煮成粥备用;

本发明的优点是:本发明的一种桂花银耳粥,添加银耳、桂花等材料,具有很好的美容降火的功效,且口感很好,以及牛奶、豆腐干的添加丰富了本发明粥的蛋白质的含量,同时还特别添加大青叶、葡萄籽、鼠尾草、迷迭香粉等的提取物,具有一定的养生保健的功效,适合大多数人食用。

一种银耳桂花粥,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:大米130、小黄米45、豆腐干20、鲜牛奶60、银耳20、胡萝卜20、红枣15、葡萄20、乌梅15、红酒30、蜂蜜20、桂花粉8、大青叶3、葡萄籽2、鼠尾草2、迷迭香粉2、泽兰2、马鞭草2、娑罗子3、龙胆草4、芦丁2、食品添加剂7、白糖适量、水适量:
