背景技术
    食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种降火南瓜粥的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种降火南瓜粥,由以下重量份原料组成:大米150-170、糯米50-70、核桃10-15、黑芝麻15-20、麦芽10-15、南瓜40-55、莲藕20-30、猪皮10-15、蟹黄8-10、蒲公英3-5、桃花3-5、薄荷5-6、玉兰花2-3、白花蛇舌草2-3、鸡爪草2-3、香薷3-4、太白茶8-10、食品添加剂7-9、黄酒20-30、奶酒50-60、白糖适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉10-15、冻干橘子粉20-30、黑糖粉35-40、当归油0.2-0.4、板栗粉20-22、糯米酒20-30、草莓酱20-30;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,将啤酒酵母粉、冻干橘子粉、黑糖粉、当归油、板栗粉、糯米酒、草莓酱合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种降火南瓜粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、糯米、核桃、黑芝麻、麦芽洗净,放入锅中,加入食品添加剂、适量的水,煮成粥备用;
(2)将南瓜洗净去皮,与洗净的莲藕一起切成小块,放入锅中,加入黄酒、奶酒,加热焖煮30-40分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉10-15、冻干橘子粉20-30、黑糖粉35-40、当归油0.2-0.4、板栗粉20-22、糯米酒20-30、草莓酱20-30;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法如下,将啤酒酵母粉、冻干橘子粉、黑糖粉、当归油、板栗粉、糯米酒、草莓酱合并,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种降火南瓜粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、糯米、核桃、黑芝麻、麦芽洗净,放入锅中,加入食品添加剂、适量的水,煮成粥备用;
(2)将南瓜洗净去皮,与洗净的莲藕一起切成小块,放入锅中,加入黄酒、奶酒,加热焖煮30-40分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
