本发明涉及一种蒲公英养生粥及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
蒲公英同时含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、微量元素及维生素等,有丰富的营养价值,可生吃、炒食、做汤,具有清热解毒,散结消肿,除湿利尿的功效,是药食兼用的植物。为了丰富粥的品种口味,增加蒲公英食用方法,本发明以蒲公英与其他食材加工制备养生粥,营养丰富保健功能良好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蒲公英养生粥及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种蒲公英养生粥,由下列重量份的原料制成:蒲公英30-40、粳米100-150、薏苡仁20-30、淮山药10-20、玉米粉10-15、冰糖8-15、红枣10-15、酸枣仁4-9、枸杞5-10、白蓝翠雀花1-2、两面青2-3、生姜3-6、南瓜花2-3、扁豆花1-2、麦冬2-3、啤酒花1-2、陈皮2-3、适量水、植物油。
所述的蒲公英养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将蒲公英焯水3-8分钟,取出冲洗干净沥干切碎,淮山药洗净蒸熟去皮捣压成泥,红枣去核洗净,与蒲公英末、山药泥合并研磨成浆,冷冻干燥粉碎过100-160目筛,得蒲公英粉;
(2)、将白蓝翠雀花、两面青、南瓜花、扁豆花、麦冬、啤酒花、陈皮破碎后合并,加5-10倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,得提取液;
(3)、薏苡仁、酸枣仁加入油锅内,将生姜切末入锅,文火炒制出香,加4-6倍水煮制0.5-1.5小时,打浆,加入蒲公英粉、玉米粉、冰糖、水适量,文火熬煮成浓稠糊;
(4)、将粳米、枸杞子洗净沥干,加入水大火煮至沸腾,加入提取液文火熬煮成稀态粥,再倒入步骤(3)中浓稠糊搅拌调匀,文火焖煮10-15分钟即可。
本发明的有益效果为:

一种蒲公英养生粥,由下列重量份(克)的原料制成:蒲公英40、粳米120、薏苡仁30、淮山药20、玉米粉15、冰糖10、红枣15、酸枣仁8、枸杞10、白蓝翠雀花2、两面青3、生姜5、南瓜花2、扁豆花2、麦冬3、啤酒花1、陈皮2、适量水、植物油。
所述的蒲公英养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将蒲公英焯水8分钟,取出冲洗干净沥干切碎,淮山药洗净蒸熟去皮捣压成泥,红枣去核洗净,与蒲公英末、山药泥合并研磨成浆,冷冻干燥粉碎过160目筛,得蒲公英粉;
(2)、将白蓝翠雀花、两面青、南瓜花、扁豆花、麦冬、啤酒花、陈皮破碎后合并,加9倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,得提取液;
(3)、薏苡仁、酸枣仁加入油锅内,将生姜切末入锅,文火炒制出香,加6倍水煮制1.5小时,打浆,加入蒲公英粉、玉米粉、冰糖、水适量,文火熬煮成浓稠糊;
(4)、将粳米、枸杞子洗净沥干,加入水大火煮至沸腾,加入提取液文火熬煮成稀态粥,再倒入步骤(3)中浓稠糊搅拌调匀,文火焖煮15分钟即可。

1.一种蒲公英养生粥,特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:蒲公英30-40、粳米100-150、薏苡仁20-30、淮山药10-20、玉米粉10-15、冰糖8-15、红枣10-15、酸枣仁4-9、枸杞5-10、白蓝翠雀花1-2、两面青2-3、生姜3-6、南瓜花2-3、扁豆花1-2、麦冬2-3、啤酒花1-2、陈皮2-3、适量水、植物油。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的蒲公英养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将蒲公英焯水3-8分钟,取出冲洗干净沥干切碎,淮山药洗净蒸熟去皮捣压成泥,红枣去核洗净,与蒲公英末、山药泥合并研磨成浆,冷冻干燥粉碎过100-160目筛,得蒲公英粉;
(2)、将白蓝翠雀花、两面青、南瓜花、扁豆花、麦冬、啤酒花、陈皮破碎后合并,加5-10倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,得提取液;
(3)、薏苡仁、酸枣仁加入油锅内,将生姜切末入锅,文火炒制出香,加4-6倍水煮制0.5-1.5小时,打浆,加入蒲公英粉、冰糖、玉米粉、水适量,文火熬煮成浓稠糊;
(4)、将粳米、枸杞子洗净沥干,加入水大火煮至沸腾,加入提取液文火熬煮成稀态粥,再倒入步骤(3)中浓稠糊搅拌调匀,文火焖煮10-15分钟即可。
