本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种紫薯牛奶面条,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉480-500、糯米90-100、黄豆20-30、胡椒10-15、茶树菇30-40、紫薯65-70、土豆60-70、南瓜55-60、南瓜花10-12、槐花10-12、蒲公英7-8、丁葵草5-6、莲子心6-7、薄荷6-7、玉米叶5-6、蚕豆壳4-5、芒果汁180-220、食盐适量、稻米油适量、水适量。
一种紫薯牛奶面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、黄豆、胡椒、茶树菇洗净,置于锅中,隔水蒸熟后,晒干,碾成粉末,备用;
(2)将紫薯、土豆、南瓜洗净,去皮后切成块,置于锅中,加入芒果汁,加热焖煮60-80分钟后,将锅中所有物料打成南瓜浆备用;
(3)将南瓜花、槐花、蒲公英、丁葵草、莲子心、薄荷、玉米叶、蚕豆壳用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、步骤1中的粉末、中药粉混合,加入南瓜浆、适量的水、食盐、稻米油,混合均匀,和成面团,用面条机做成面条即可。

一种紫薯牛奶面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、黄豆、胡椒、茶树菇洗净,置于锅中,隔水蒸熟后,晒干,碾成粉末,备用;
(2)将紫薯、土豆、南瓜洗净,去皮后切成块,置于锅中,加入芒果汁,加热焖煮60分钟后,将锅中所有物料打成南瓜浆备用;

1.一种紫薯牛奶面条,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉480-500、糯米90-100、黄豆20-30、胡椒10-15、茶树菇30-40、紫薯65-70、土豆60-70、南瓜55-60、南瓜花10-12、槐花10-12、蒲公英7-8、丁葵草5-6、莲子心6-7、薄荷6-7、玉米叶5-6、蚕豆壳4-5、芒果汁180-220、食盐适量、稻米油适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫薯牛奶面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、黄豆、胡椒、茶树菇洗净,置于锅中,隔水蒸熟后,晒干,碾成粉末,备用;
(2)将紫薯、土豆、南瓜洗净,去皮后切成块,置于锅中,加入芒果汁,加热焖煮60-80分钟后,将锅中所有物料打成南瓜浆备用;
(3)将南瓜花、槐花、蒲公英、丁葵草、莲子心、薄荷、玉米叶、蚕豆壳用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
