一种即食烤兔肉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将兔肉洗净后,切成块,放入锅中,加入牛奶,煎煮2-3小时后,将兔肉捞出,捞出备用;
(2)将五味子、白云瓜叶 、甘草、手掌参、楮实子、灵芝草、石斛、珊瑚、梨花、桃树叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉末;
(3)将豆瓣酱、中药粉末、淀粉孜然粉、生姜末、白砂糖、黄酒、食用盐混合,搅拌均匀后,均匀的涂在兔肉上,将兔肉放入烤箱中烤熟即可。

1.一种即食烤兔肉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:兔肉180-200、豆瓣酱40-50、五味子4-5、白云瓜叶 4-5、甘草3-4、手掌参3-4、楮实子3-4、灵芝草3-4、石斛4-5、珊瑚3-4、梨花3-4、桃树叶3-4、牛奶100-130、淀粉30-60、孜然粉10-20、生姜末10-20、白砂糖10-50、黄酒10-15、食用盐10-40、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种即食烤兔肉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将兔肉洗净后,切成块,放入锅中,加入牛奶,煎煮2-3小时后,将兔肉捞出,捞出备用;
(2)将五味子、白云瓜叶 、甘草、手掌参、楮实子、灵芝草、石斛、珊瑚、梨花、桃树叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉末;
(3)将豆瓣酱、中药粉末、淀粉孜然粉、生姜末、白砂糖、黄酒、食用盐混合,搅拌均匀后,均匀的涂在兔肉上,将兔肉放入烤箱中烤熟即可。
