本发明主要涉及方便面调料及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种红茶可乐羊肉粉。
背景技术
方便面粉包提供给方便面调味的作料,是人们食用方便面时作为调味的重要来源,市场上的方便面作料大多是以盐、味精等作为主料的,只能够起到调味的作用,并没有相应的保健功效,然而现今人们对方便面作料包的保健功效并不满意。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种红茶可乐羊肉粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红茶可乐羊肉粉,由以下重量份原料组成:羊肉60-70、龙眼肉20-30、红豆15-20、莲子粉10-13、红茶汁20-30、可乐30-40、肉桂5-6、川芎4-5、杜仲4-5、葛花5-6、藏红花3-4、峨参叶4-5、山药6-7、玉蝴蝶4-5、人参花4-5、食盐400-430、味精30-40、香葱汁20-30、生姜汁20-30、黄酒30-40、水适量。
一种红茶可乐羊肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成片状,至于锅中,加入香葱汁、生姜汁、黄酒,加热焖煮60-70分钟,将羊肉捞出,晒干后,做成羊肉粉;
(2)将龙眼肉、红豆洗净,至于锅中,加入红茶汁、可乐,加热熬煮50-60分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(3)将肉桂、川芎、杜仲、葛花、藏红花、峨参叶、山药、玉蝴蝶、人参花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将莲子粉、食盐、味精、羊肉粉、步骤2中的粉末、中药粉合并,混合均匀后,用小包装包装即可。

一种红茶可乐羊肉粉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:羊肉60、龙眼肉20、红豆15、莲子粉10、红茶汁20、可乐30、肉桂5、川芎4、杜仲4、葛花5、藏红花3、峨参叶5、山药6、玉蝴蝶4、人参花4、食盐400、味精30、香葱汁20、生姜汁20、黄酒30、水适量。
一种红茶可乐羊肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成片状,至于锅中,加入香葱汁、生姜汁、黄酒,加热焖煮60分钟,将羊肉捞出,晒干后,做成羊肉粉;

1.一种红茶可乐羊肉粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:羊肉60-70、龙眼肉20-30、红豆15-20、莲子粉10-13、红茶汁20-30、可乐30-40、肉桂5-6、川芎4-5、杜仲4-5、葛花5-6、藏红花3-4、峨参叶4-5、山药6-7、玉蝴蝶4-5、人参花4-5、食盐400-430、味精30-40、香葱汁20-30、生姜汁20-30、黄酒30-40、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种红茶可乐羊肉粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成片状,至于锅中,加入香葱汁、生姜汁、黄酒,加热焖煮60-70分钟,将羊肉捞出,晒干后,做成羊肉粉;
(2)将龙眼肉、红豆洗净,至于锅中,加入红茶汁、可乐,加热熬煮50-60分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(3)将肉桂、川芎、杜仲、葛花、藏红花、峨参叶、山药、玉蝴蝶、人参花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将莲子粉、食盐、味精、羊肉粉、步骤2中的粉末、中药粉合并,混合均匀后,用小包装包装即可。
