一种绿茶味猪蹄粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪蹄、小米洗净,与洗净切块的苦瓜一同放入锅中,加入适量的水,加热熬煮,熬煮止汤汁浓稠,停止加热,将汤汁喷雾干燥,得到猪蹄粉;
(2)将栗子、菱角洗净,取其仁,与口蘑一同放入锅中,加入绿茶叶、适量的水,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将栗子、菱角取出,晒干后,做成粉末;
(3)将茯苓、鹿茸、酸枣、麦冬、代代花、北风草、苦菜用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将剩余物料与猪蹄粉、栗子粉、菱角粉、中药粉合并,搅拌均匀后,包装即可。

所述的绿茶味猪蹄粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
