方便面粉包提供给方便面调味的作料,是人们食用方便面时作为调味的重要来源,市场上的方便面作料大多是以盐、味精等作为主料的,只能够起到调味的作用,并没有相应的保健功效,然而现今人们对方便面作料包的保健功效并不满意。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种枸杞明目养生粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种枸杞明目养生粉,由以下重量份原料组成:猪瘦肉50-60、胡萝卜15-20、青豆20-30、紫菜10-20、花生粉15-20、核桃粉18-20、枸杞6-7、菊花5-6、金荞麦5-6、夏枯草6-7、竹茹5-6、杜鹃花5-6、冰草4-5、枸杞叶4-5、菊花4-5、桂皮6-7、辣椒酱80-90、芒果核粉3-4、橄榄油10-12、水适量、食盐500-600、味精100-120、白砂糖40-50、生姜粉20-25、甘氨酸3-4、黑胡椒粉10-12。
一种枸杞明目养生粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪瘦肉、胡萝卜洗净,切成粒状,与洗净的青豆一起放入锅中,加入适量的水,煮熟后,将猪肉、胡萝卜、青豆捞出,放入辣椒酱中,腌9-10天后,捞出,晒干备用;
(2)将紫菜、花生粉、核桃粉至于锅中,加入芒果核粉、橄榄油,加热翻炒至有香味溢出,停止加热,待锅中所有物料冷却后,备用;
(3)将枸杞、菊花、金荞麦、夏枯草、竹茹、杜鹃花、冰草、枸杞叶、菊花、桂皮用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将剩余物料与猪肉、胡萝卜、青豆、紫菜、花生粉、核桃粉、中药粉合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,包装即可。

一种枸杞明目养生粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪瘦肉、胡萝卜洗净,切成粒状,与洗净的青豆一起放入锅中,加入适量的水,煮熟后,将猪肉、胡萝卜、青豆捞出,放入辣椒酱中,腌9天后,捞出,晒干备用;

1.一种枸杞明目养生粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:猪瘦肉50-60、胡萝卜15-20、青豆20-30、紫菜10-20、花生粉15-20、核桃粉18-20、枸杞6-7、菊花5-6、金荞麦5-6、夏枯草6-7、竹茹5-6、杜鹃花5-6、冰草4-5、枸杞叶4-5、菊花4-5、桂皮6-7、辣椒酱80-90、芒果核粉3-4、橄榄油10-12、水适量、食盐500-600、味精100-120、白砂糖40-50、生姜粉20-25、甘氨酸3-4、黑胡椒粉10-12;

(1)将猪瘦肉、胡萝卜洗净,切成粒状,与洗净的青豆一起放入锅中,加入适量的水,煮熟后,将猪肉、胡萝卜、青豆捞出,放入辣椒酱中,腌9-10天后,捞出,晒干备用;
