本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种香甜百合南瓜粉,由以下重量份原料组成:南瓜100-120、黄桃80-100、猕猴桃40-50、冰糖粉35-45、鸭脯肉20-30、苋菜50-70、薏仁油80-100、牡蛎4-5、苍术5-6、玄参4-5、黄芩5-6、酸枣5-6、狗尾草3-4、钙果叶3-4、八角4-5、黑胡椒粉3-5、蒜粉30-35、生姜粉20-30、食盐5-6、味精8-1、黑糖粉30-40、番茄粉100-120、水适量。
一种香甜百合南瓜粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜、黄桃、猕猴桃洗净,去皮,南瓜去皮去籽,切成块,置于锅中,加入冰糖粉、薏仁油,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成浆汁后,喷雾干燥,得到南瓜果粉;
(2)将鸭脯肉、苋菜洗净,放入锅中,加入番茄粉、适量的水,加热翻炒至肉熟,将鸭脯肉、苋菜取出,晒干后,碾成粉,得到鸭肉苋菜粉;
(3)将牡蛎、苍术、玄参、黄芩、酸枣、狗尾草、钙果叶、八角用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将除水以外的剩余物料与南瓜果粉、鸭肉苋菜粉、中药粉合并,并混合均匀,然后灌装即可。

1.一种百合南瓜粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:南瓜100-120、黄桃80-100、猕猴桃40-50、冰糖粉35-45、鸭脯肉20-30、苋菜50-70、薏仁油80-100、牡蛎4-5、苍术5-6、玄参4-5、黄芩5-6、酸枣5-6、狗尾草3-4、钙果叶3-4、八角4-5、黑胡椒粉3-5、蒜粉30-35、生姜粉20-30、食盐5-6、味精8-10、黑糖粉30-40、番茄粉100-120、水适量;
所述的一种百合南瓜粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜、黄桃、猕猴桃洗净,去皮,南瓜去皮去籽,切成块,置于锅中,加入冰糖粉、薏仁油,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成浆汁后,喷雾干燥,得到南瓜果粉;
