本发明公开了一种复合番茄酱冻干粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:番茄60-70、胡萝卜8-10、葡萄籽10-15、薄荷粉2-3、红薯叶1-2、款冬1-3、白术1-2、金樱子2-3、川芎1-2、玉蝴蝶1-2、黄苓2-3、红景天2-4、麸皮粉3-5、麦芽糊精3-4、木薯淀粉4-6、食盐2-3、薏仁油3-4、魔芋胶0.8-1、苹果汁适量;本发明将番茄等多种原料加工成番茄酱冻干粉,加入定量的温开水就可调制成番茄酱,简单方便,制得的番茄酱色泽鲜亮、酸甜适中、番茄味浓郁,具有保护视力、润肺和胃、补气健脾、通便利尿、提高免疫的功效。

本发明涉及一种调味粉,尤其涉及一种复合番茄酱冻干粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
番茄酱作为一种调味料以其酸甜可口而深受人们的喜欢,但番茄酱长期与包装袋接触会受到侵蚀;本发明将番茄等多种原料加工成粉,只需加入定量水就可调制成番茄酱。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了一种复合番茄酱冻干粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复合番茄酱冻干粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
番茄60-70、胡萝卜8-10、葡萄籽10-15、薄荷粉2-3、红薯叶1-2、款冬1-3、白术1-2、金樱子2-3、川芎1-2、玉蝴蝶1-2、黄苓2-3、红景天2-4、麸皮粉3-5、麦芽糊精3-4、木薯淀粉4-6、食盐2-3、薏仁油3-4、魔芋胶0.8-1、苹果汁适量。
一种复合番茄酱冻干粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的番茄用沸水漂烫2-3分钟,再用冰水冷浸3-5分钟,捞出去皮去蒂,与3-4倍苹果汁混合打浆,煮沸5-8分钟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至100-120目细度,得到番茄粉;
(2)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成丁,将薏仁油烧热,加入胡萝卜丁,煸炒至熟香,取出胡萝卜丁,在55-65℃下烘干,研磨至80-100目,得到萝卜粉;
(3)将葡萄籽洗净后晒干,与麸皮粉混合送入锅中,文火翻炒至微焦,筛去麸皮粉,再将葡萄籽粉碎,过120-140目筛,得到葡萄籽粉;
(4)将红薯叶、款冬、白术等中药原料粉碎,与薄荷粉混合,文火翻炒15-20分钟,再加入7-8倍沸水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述番茄粉、萝卜粉、葡萄籽粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,再灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将番茄等多种原料加工成番茄酱冻干粉,加入定量的温开水就可调制成番茄酱,简单方便,制得的番茄酱色泽鲜亮、酸甜适中、番茄味浓郁,具有保护视力、润肺和胃、补气健脾、通便利尿、提高免疫的功效。

一种复合番茄酱冻干粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
番茄70、胡萝卜10、葡萄籽15、薄荷粉3、红薯叶2、款冬3、白术2、金樱子3、川芎2、玉蝴蝶2、黄苓3、红景天4、麸皮粉5、麦芽糊精4、木薯淀粉6、食盐3、薏仁油4、魔芋胶1、苹果汁适量。
一种复合番茄酱冻干粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的番茄用沸水漂烫3分钟,再用冰水冷浸5分钟,捞出去皮去蒂,与4倍苹果汁混合打浆,煮沸8分钟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至120目细度,得到番茄粉;
(2)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成丁,将薏仁油烧热,加入胡萝卜丁,煸炒至熟香,取出胡萝卜丁,在55℃下烘干,研磨至100目,得到萝卜粉;
(3)将葡萄籽洗净后晒干,与麸皮粉混合送入锅中,文火翻炒至微焦,筛去麸皮粉,再将葡萄籽粉碎,过120目筛,得到葡萄籽粉;

1.一种复合番茄酱冻干粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
番茄60-70、胡萝卜8-10、葡萄籽10-15、薄荷粉2-3、红薯叶1-2、款冬1-3、白术1-2、金樱子2-3、川芎1-2、玉蝴蝶1-2、黄苓2-3、红景天2-4、麸皮粉3-5、麦芽糊精3-4、木薯淀粉4-6、食盐2-3、薏仁油3-4、魔芋胶0.8-1、苹果汁适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的复合番茄酱冻干粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的番茄用沸水漂烫2-3分钟,再用冰水冷浸3-5分钟,捞出去皮去蒂,与3-4倍苹果汁混合打浆,煮沸5-8分钟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至100-120目细度,得到番茄粉;
(2)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成丁,将薏仁油烧热,加入胡萝卜丁,煸炒至熟香,取出胡萝卜丁,在55-65℃下烘干,研磨至80-100目,得到萝卜粉;
(3)将葡萄籽洗净后晒干,与麸皮粉混合送入锅中,文火翻炒至微焦,筛去麸皮粉,再将葡萄籽粉碎,过120-140目筛,得到葡萄籽粉;
