本发明公开了一种五粉柠檬年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:糯玉米粉70-80、红薯全粉50-60、奶粉20-30、菱角粉20-30、大麦苗粉14-18、柠檬10-15、蓝莓10-15、合欢花3-5、女贞子3-5、牡丹皮2-3、桂枝1-2、葡萄籽2-3、金钱草1-2、川芎2-3、丁香枝1-2、沙棘油7-8、营养液2-4;本发明以糯玉米粉、红薯全粉、奶粉、菱角粉、大麦苗粉代替糯米粉制成年糕,营养更加均衡合理,香甜软糯,富有嚼劲,添加柠檬、蓝莓使其果香浓郁,风味独特,成品年糕色香味俱佳,长期食用具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、健脾益胃、排毒通便、防癌抗癌、减缓衰老、提高人体免疫力的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健年糕,尤其涉及一种五粉柠檬年糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
年糕是一种传统美食,是用黏性大的米或米粉蒸熟制成,其主要成分为淀粉和水,过于单一,并且不易消化,保健功能不显著,为此本发明提供一种多口味、富有口感、营养均衡、保健功能突出的年糕食品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种五粉柠檬年糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五粉柠檬年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯玉米粉70-80、红薯全粉50-60、奶粉20-30、菱角粉20-30、大麦苗粉14-18、柠檬10-15、蓝莓10-15、合欢花3-5、女贞子3-5、牡丹皮2-3、桂枝1-2、葡萄籽2-3、金钱草1-2、川芎2-3、丁香枝1-2、沙棘油7-8、营养液2-4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
一种五粉柠檬年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将新鲜柠檬、蓝莓用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,与3-4倍清水混合打浆,得到果浆;
(3)将合欢花、女贞子、牡丹皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,煮沸后小火慢炖60-70分钟,冷却后过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将上述营养液、果浆、提取液与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。

一种五粉柠檬年糕,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
糯玉米粉80、红薯全粉60、奶粉30、菱角粉30、大麦苗粉18、柠檬15、蓝莓15、合欢花5、女贞子5、牡丹皮3、桂枝2、葡萄籽3、金钱草2、川芎3、丁香枝2、沙棘油8、营养液4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:4。
一种五粉柠檬年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将新鲜柠檬、蓝莓用含有1%小苏打的水溶液浸泡30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,与4倍清水混合打浆,得到果浆;
(3)将合欢花、女贞子、牡丹皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水,煮沸后小火慢炖70分钟,冷却后过滤,得到提取液;
(4)将上述营养液、果浆、提取液与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种五粉柠檬年糕,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯玉米粉70-80、红薯全粉50-60、奶粉20-30、菱角粉20-30、大麦苗粉14-18、柠檬10-15、蓝莓10-15、合欢花3-5、女贞子3-5、牡丹皮2-3、桂枝1-2、葡萄籽2-3、金钱草1-2、川芎2-3、丁香枝1-2、沙棘油7-8、营养液2-4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五粉柠檬年糕制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将新鲜柠檬、蓝莓用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,与3-4倍清水混合打浆,得到果浆;
