背景技术
    方便面粉包提供给方便面调味的作料,是人们食用方便面时作为调味的重要来源,市场上的方便面作料大多是以盐、味精等作为主料的,只能够起到调味的作用,并没有相应的保健功效,然而现今人们对方便面作料包的保健功效并不满意。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供了一种香辣玉米猪肉粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种香辣玉米猪肉粉,由以下重量份原料组成:猪肉100-120、熟玉米粒80-100、猪肝40-50、鸡蛋20-30、紫菜50-70、孜然粉10-13、鱼腥草4-5、枇杷叶5-6、合欢皮4-5、绿豆皮5-6、冬瓜叶5-6、八角4-5、黑胡椒3-5、三叶草3-4、冬瓜花3-4、米酒40-50、当归油1-2、橄榄油20-25、辣椒粉30-35、生姜粉20-30、食盐6-7、味精1-3、白糖50-70、豆瓣酱100-120、水适量。
一种香辣玉米猪肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肉、猪肝洗净,切成块,置于锅中,加入豆瓣酱、米酒、适量的水,加热焖煮1-2小时,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁后,喷雾干燥,得到猪肉粉;
(2)取鸡蛋液,与紫菜一起置于锅中,加入当归油、橄榄油、孜然粉,加热翻炒,至鸡蛋炒熟,将锅中所有物料取出,晒干碾成粉,得到成紫菜鸡蛋粉;
(3)将鱼腥草、合欢皮、绿豆皮、冬瓜叶、八角、黑胡椒、三叶草、冬瓜花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将除水以外的剩余物料与猪肉粉、紫菜鸡蛋粉、中药粉合并,混合均匀后,包装即可。

一种香辣玉米猪肉粉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:猪肉100、熟玉米粒80、猪肝40、鸡蛋20、紫菜50、孜然粉10、鱼腥草4、枇杷叶5、合欢皮4-5、绿豆皮5、冬瓜叶5、八角4、黑胡椒3、三叶草3、冬瓜花4、米酒40、当归油1、橄榄油20、辣椒粉30、生姜粉20、食盐6、味精1、白糖50、豆瓣酱100、水适量。
一种香辣玉米猪肉粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种香辣玉米猪肉粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:猪肉100-120、熟玉米粒80-100、猪肝40-50、鸡蛋20-30、紫菜50-70、孜然粉10-13、鱼腥草4-5、枇杷叶5-6、合欢皮4-5、绿豆皮5-6、冬瓜叶5-6、八角4-5、黑胡椒3-5、三叶草3-4、冬瓜花3-4、米酒40-50、当归油1-2、橄榄油20-25、辣椒粉30-35、生姜粉20-30、食盐6-7、味精1-3、白糖50-70、豆瓣酱100-120、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种香辣玉米猪肉粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪肉、猪肝洗净,切成块,置于锅中,加入豆瓣酱、米酒、适量的水,加热焖煮1-2小时,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁后,喷雾干燥,得到猪肉粉;
