背景技术
方便面是现代人们经常代替主食的一种方便食品,其口感好,食用方法简单,而市场上的方便面多是油炸的,也具有保健功效,经常食用并不能使人体健康,且容易发胖。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高蛋白营养方便面及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高蛋白营养方便面,由以下重量份原料制成:黄豆80-100、黑豆120-130、玫瑰花12-14、小麦粉280-300、魔芋50-60、南瓜50-60、虾肉80-90、莲子8-10、陈皮5-7、甘草6-8、沙棘5-7、芡实5-6、苜蓿芽2-3、橄榄油适量、营养添加剂12-14、食盐适量、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鱼胶粉10-15、麦麸55-60、薏仁油0.5-1、葡萄籽5-6、黄连花3-4、薄荷5-6、菠萝叶2-3、玫瑰草1-2、水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法,(1)将麦麸洗净,沥干水后与薏仁油混合倒入锅中,加热炒至麦麸出香,将麦麸碾磨成粉末备用;
(2)将葡萄籽、黄连花、薄荷、菠萝叶、玫瑰草用5-9倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(3)将麦麸粉、中药粉、鱼胶粉合并,拌匀即得营养添加剂。
一种高蛋白营养方便面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄豆、黑豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水,将玫瑰花磨碎,做成茶包放入锅中,加热焖煮至玫瑰花香浸入黄豆、黑豆中,将黄豆、黑豆捞出,晒干后碾磨成豆粉备用;
(2)将魔芋洗净去皮,南瓜洗净去皮去籽,切成块后与虾肉一起放入锅中,加热煮熟后,将锅中所有物料取出磨成浆液,取浆液备用;
(3)将莲子、陈皮、甘草、沙棘、芡实、苜蓿芽用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(4)将豆粉、浆液、提取液与剩余原料中除水外的剩余原料合并,加适量水,充分搅拌,放入方便面机中做成方便面面饼,用炭火烤制酥脆即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种高蛋白营养方便面,添加黄豆、黑豆、虾肉等,提供了丰富的植物蛋白和虾肉蛋白,且口感很好,以及莲子、陈皮、甘草、沙棘等提取物的添加,赋予了本发明一定的清热解毒的功效。

1.一种高蛋白营养方便面,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:黄豆80-100、黑豆120-130、玫瑰花12-14、小麦粉280-300、魔芋50-60、南瓜50-60、虾肉80-90、莲子8-10、陈皮5-7、甘草6-8、沙棘5-7、芡实5-6、苜蓿芽2-3、橄榄油适量、营养添加剂12-14、食盐适量、水适量:
所述营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鱼胶粉10-15、麦麸55-60、薏仁油0.5-1、葡萄籽5-6、黄连花3-4、薄荷5-6、菠萝叶2-3、玫瑰草1-2、水适量;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法,(1)将麦麸洗净,沥干水后与薏仁油混合倒入锅中,加热炒至麦麸出香,将麦麸碾磨成粉末备用;
