本发明主要涉及食品及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种蔬菜牛奶面条。
背景技术
面条是人们日常食用的一种速食品,可以代替主食食用,这是传统的面条,但是如今碎这人们生活水平的提高,人们堆食品的要求也提高了很多,特别注重食品的保健功能。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种蔬菜牛奶面条的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种蔬菜牛奶面条,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉500-600、奶粉150-200、鲜玉米粒100-120、青椒80-100、茄子100-110、板栗仁80-100、荔枝肉50-60、丝瓜花10-12、决明子10-12、葡萄籽8-9、枸杞7-8、冬虫夏草7-8、丝瓜叶5-6、豌豆叶5-6、鸡汤180-200、白醋20-30、蜂蜜20-30、水适量。
一种蔬菜牛奶面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青椒、茄子洗净,切成块状,与鲜玉米粒一起置于锅中,加入所述鸡汤,加热熬煮60-70分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将板栗仁、荔枝肉洗净,置于瓷制容器中,加入白醋、蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,隔水蒸熟后,取出,做成板栗泥;
(3)将丝瓜花、决明子、葡萄籽、枸杞、冬虫夏草、丝瓜叶、豌豆叶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、奶粉、中药粉混合,加入步骤1中的浆汁、板栗泥、适量水,不断搅拌,形成面团后,做成面条即可。

1.一种蔬菜牛奶面条,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦面粉500-600、奶粉150-200、鲜玉米粒100-120、青椒80-100、茄子100-110、板栗仁80-100、荔枝肉50-60、丝瓜花10-12、决明子10-12、葡萄籽8-9、枸杞7-8、冬虫夏草7-8、丝瓜叶5-6、豌豆叶5-6、鸡汤180-200、白醋20-30、蜂蜜20-30、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜牛奶面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青椒、茄子洗净,切成块状,与鲜玉米粒一起置于锅中,加入所述鸡汤,加热熬煮60-70分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将板栗仁、荔枝肉洗净,置于瓷制容器中,加入白醋、蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,隔水蒸熟后,取出,做成板栗泥;
(3)将丝瓜花、决明子、葡萄籽、枸杞、冬虫夏草、丝瓜叶、豌豆叶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、奶粉、中药粉混合,加入步骤1中的浆汁、板栗泥、适量水,不断搅拌,形成面团后,做成面条即可。
