随着社会经济的不断发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越重视食品的营养成分,尤其是各种汤料越来越受到人们的重视。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种营养复合调味汤料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种营养复合调味汤料,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉100-120、鸡肉180-200、胡椒10-13、生姜10-12、小茴香6-8、香葱30-40、牛奶300-350、山楂30-40、红豆20-30、红酒60-80、茯苓4-5、党参4-5、鹿茸5-6、陈皮5-6、玉竹4-5、石斛4-5、丁葵草3-4、金钱草3-4、薏仁油30-40、番茄粉30-40、植脂末20-30、蛋白粉20-30、白糖80-90、乙基麦芽酚0.01-0.05、水适量。
一种营养复合汤料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉、鸡肉洗净,切成碎粒后,至于锅中,加入胡椒、生姜、小茴香、牛奶,加热焖煮汁肉熟,将牛肉、鸡肉捞出,晒干备用;
(2)将山楂洗净,取其果肉,与洗净的红豆一起至于锅中,加入红酒,加热焖煮40-50分钟,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末;
(3)将茯苓、党参、鹿茸、陈皮、玉竹、石斛、丁葵草、金钱草用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将剩余物料与牛肉、鸡肉、步骤2中的粉末、中药粉合并,混合均匀,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种复合营养汤料,制作工艺简单,营养丰富,添加牛肉、鸡肉,丰富了优质蛋白的含量,此外还特别添加茯苓、党参、鹿茸、陈皮、玉竹等的提取物,能够改善虚弱、消化不良、面黄肌瘦、腹胀便溏等症,在制作汤料的同时,起到很好的保健作用。

一种营养复合汤料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种营养复合汤料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉、鸡肉洗净,切成碎粒后,至于锅中,加入胡椒、生姜、小茴香、牛奶,加热焖煮汁肉熟,将牛肉、鸡肉捞出,晒干备用;
