本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种绿茶酱牛肉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种绿茶酱牛肉,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉400-430、蒜苔115-125、南瓜85-95、荷叶8-10、紫苏籽6-7、覆盆子8-10、莱菔子6-7、淡竹叶8-9、枳椇子5-6、何首乌6-7、笔仔草5-6、牛筋草5-6、绿茶叶18-26、米酒90-100、薏仁油80-90、番茄酱205-215、豆豉酱135-140、水适量。
一种绿茶牛肉酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成肉粒,与洗净切碎的蒜苔一起置于锅中,加入适量的水,加热焖煮60-70分钟;
(2)将南瓜洗净,去皮去籽后,切成块状,置于锅中,倒入米酒,煮30-35分钟,将南瓜捞出备用;
(3)将荷叶、紫苏子、覆盆子、莱菔子、淡竹叶、枳椇子、何首乌、笔仔草、牛筋草、绿茶叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将牛肉、蒜苔、南瓜、中药浓缩液合并,加入薏仁油、番茄酱、豆豉酱,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,封装贮存。

一种绿茶酱牛肉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:牛肉400、蒜苔115、南瓜85、荷叶8、紫苏籽6、覆盆子8、莱菔子6、淡竹叶8、枳椇子5、何首乌6、笔仔草5、牛筋草5、绿茶叶18、米酒90、薏仁油80、番茄酱205、豆豉酱135-140、水适量。
一种绿茶牛肉酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种绿茶酱牛肉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:牛肉400-430、蒜苔115-125、南瓜85-95、荷叶8-10、紫苏籽6-7、覆盆子8-10、莱菔子6-7、淡竹叶8-9、枳椇子5-6、何首乌6-7、笔仔草5-6、牛筋草5-6、绿茶叶18-26、米酒90-100、薏仁油80-90、番茄酱205-215、豆豉酱135-140、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种绿茶牛肉酱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成肉粒,与洗净切碎的蒜苔一起置于锅中,加入适量的水,加热焖煮60-70分钟;
(2)将南瓜洗净,去皮去籽后,切成块状,置于锅中,倒入米酒,煮30-35分钟,将南瓜捞出备用;
(3)将荷叶、紫苏子、覆盆子、莱菔子、淡竹叶、枳椇子、何首乌、笔仔草、牛筋草、绿茶叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
