本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种苦荞羊肉牛奶糕,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉230-240、燕麦40-50、羊肉50-60、生姜汁40-50奶粉50-60、百合粉8-10、西米20-25、石榴40-50、蔓越莓30-40、苦荞5-7、山茱萸5-6、何首乌5-6、人参叶3-5、高良姜3-5、杜仲叶2-3、罗汉果2-3、白茶8-10、白糖60-80、食盐10-15、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:猪腰30-35、板栗仁20-25、黄酒20-30、菠萝汁40-50、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下:将猪腰、板栗仁洗净,放入锅中,加入黄酒、菠萝汁,加热焖煮至猪腰、板栗仁入味,将猪腰、板栗仁捞出,晒干后,碾成粉备用。
一种苦荞羊肉牛奶糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉洗净,切成粒与洗净的燕麦一起放入锅中,加入生姜汁、适量的水,加热焖煮60-70分钟,将羊肉粒、燕麦取出备用;
(2)将石榴、蔓越莓洗净,取其果肉,榨成果汁备用;
(3)将苦荞、山茱萸、何首乌、人参叶、高良姜、杜仲叶、罗汉果、白茶用6-9倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(4)将面粉、奶粉、百合粉、西米合并,加入白糖、食盐、食品添加剂、羊肉粒、燕麦、果汁、中药粉、适量的水,充分搅拌,得到面团后,做成块状,放入锅中蒸熟即可。
