人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种清热开胃米饼的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种清热开胃米饼,由以下重量份原料制成:米粉260-280、面粉50-60、山药粉55-65、菠菜30-40、蓝莓30-35、西番莲25-30、玉米汁70-80、绿茶8-10、菊花脑6-8、芦荟5-7、百合5-7、槐花4-6、石香柔3-5、兰草叶3-5、鬼针草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、白糖60-70、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黄瓜籽粉10-15、啤酒酵母粉5-8、可可粉40-50、南瓜花5-7、苹果花4-6、桃仁4-5、花生壳5-6、猴头菇20-30、橄榄果汁30-40、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将南瓜花、苹果花、桃仁、花生壳用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将猴头菇洗净,置于锅中,加入橄榄果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁后喷雾干燥,得到橄榄猴头菇粉备用;
(3)将黄瓜籽粉、啤酒酵母粉、可可粉、步骤1的粉末、橄榄猴头菇粉合并,混匀即可。
一种清热开胃米饼的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠菜洗净,切碎后,晒干备用;
(2)将蓝莓、西番莲洗净,取其果肉,置于容器中,加入玉米汁、食品添加剂,将绿茶做成茶包也置于容器中,煮止汁浓,过滤,得到浓汁备用;
(3)将菊花脑、芦荟、百合、槐花、石香柔、兰草叶、鬼针草用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取物浓缩,得到中药浓缩液备用;
(4)将米粉、面粉、山药粉、菠菜、步骤2的浓汁、中药浓缩液、白糖合并,充分搅拌,得到面团后,做成米饼,放入烤箱烤熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种清热开胃米饼,制备工艺简单环保,添加山药、蓝莓等食材,能够开胃,且口感酸甜,营养丰富,以及菊花脑、芦荟、百合、槐花、石香柔等提取物的添加,具有很好的清热凉血、调中开胃等作用,特别适合胃肠不佳的人食用。

所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
