本发明公开了一种银杏无糖糕点的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉130-150、银杏20-30、木糖醇5-8、五味子2-3、龙眼肉1-2、桂枝1-3、莲子2-3、百合2-3、冬虫夏草1-2、党参2-3、大蓟1-3、雪梨汁10-12、葡萄汁10-12、杏仁油4-5、营养添加剂8-10;本发明提供了一种银杏无糖糕点的制备方法,采用银杏和面粉为主要原料,加入木糖醇为甜味剂,取代了传统工艺中的白砂糖,避免了高血糖人群不敢食用的问题;采用本发明方法值得的糕点,口味清甜,具有银杏浓郁的香味,不粘牙、无酸味,适合各年龄层次食用。

发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种银杏无糖糕点的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种银杏无糖糕点的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:面粉130-150、银杏20-30、木糖醇5-8、五味子2-3、龙眼肉1-2、桂枝1-3、莲子2-3、百合2-3、冬虫夏草1-2、党参2-3、大蓟1-3、雪梨汁10-12、葡萄汁10-12、杏仁油4-5、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂由珍珠粉:薏仁油:石榴籽油以2-3:1:1的比例组成;
(2)将雪梨汁、葡萄汁混合,然后加入去核银杏,腌制8-10小时后,打碎成浆料;
(3)将五味子、龙眼肉、桂枝、莲子、百合、冬虫夏草、党参、大蓟用适量水煎煮,得煎煮液;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的银杏浆料、步骤(3)制得的煎煮液加入至面粉中,然后加入再将木糖醇、杏仁油、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合均匀后制得面团,将面团分成小份装入模具中,压制成型后,蒸熟,冷却包装,即得。

所述的营养添加剂由珍珠粉:薏仁油:石榴籽油以3:1:1的比例组成;
(2)将雪梨汁、葡萄汁混合,然后加入去核银杏,腌制8小时后,打碎成浆料;
(3)将五味子、龙眼肉、桂枝、莲子、百合、冬虫夏草、党参、大蓟用适量水煎煮,得煎煮液;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的银杏浆料、步骤(3)制得的煎煮液加入至面粉中,然后加入再将木糖醇、杏仁油、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合均匀后制得面团,将面团分成小份装入模具中,压制成型后,蒸熟,冷却包装,即得。

1.一种银杏无糖糕点的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:面粉130-150、银杏20-30、木糖醇5-8、五味子2-3、龙眼肉1-2、桂枝1-3、莲子2-3、百合2-3、冬虫夏草1-2、党参2-3、大蓟1-3、雪梨汁10-12、葡萄汁10-12、杏仁油4-5、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂由珍珠粉:薏仁油:石榴籽油以2-3:1:1的比例组成;
(2)将雪梨汁、葡萄汁混合,然后加入去核银杏,腌制8-10小时后,打碎成浆料;
(3)将五味子、龙眼肉、桂枝、莲子、百合、冬虫夏草、党参、大蓟用适量水煎煮,得煎煮液;
(4)将步骤(2)制得的银杏浆料、步骤(3)制得的煎煮液加入至面粉中,然后加入再将木糖醇、杏仁油、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合均匀后制得面团,将面团分成小份装入模具中,压制成型后,蒸熟,冷却包装,即得。
