本发明公开了一种决明子保健糕点制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:大米粉20-30份、小米粉20-30份、燕麦粉30-40份、豌豆粉20-30份、决明子4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、龙眼肉2-3份、百合2-3份、蛤蚧2-3份。本发明生产出来的保健糕点工艺简单,易于实现,适合工业化生产,且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养,具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能,是集营养和食疗于一体的保健糕点。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及糕点制作。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。决明子又称“还瞳子”,决明子含有多种维生素和丰富的氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物等,具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能,可使血压正常,大便通畅,老眼不花,可以清肝明目、防止视力模糊、降血压、降血脂、减少胆固醇等,对于防治冠心病、高血压都有不错的疗效,而且决明子富含维生素A及锌,可防治夜盲症以及避免小儿缺锌。此外,决明子润肠通便的功能也能解决现代人肠胃及便秘的问题,可以治疗大便燥结,帮助顺利排便。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种决明子保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:大米粉20-30份、小米粉20-30份、燕麦粉30-40份、豌豆粉20-30份、决明子4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、龙眼肉2-3份、百合2-3份、蛤蚧2-3份;
(2)将决明子粉碎至35-45目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将龙眼肉、百合、蛤蚧一起用适量水煎煮 4-5次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉、小米粉、燕麦粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置25-35分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的决明子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
采用以上技术方案后,本发明达到的有益效果是:决明子又称“还瞳子”,决明子含有多种维生素和丰富的氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物等,具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能,可使血压正常,大便通畅,老眼不花,可以清肝明目、防止视力模糊、降血压、降血脂、减少胆固醇等,对于防治冠心病、高血压都有不错的疗效,而且决明子富含维生素A及锌,可防治夜盲症以及避免小儿缺锌。此外,决明子润肠通便的功能也能解决现代人肠胃及便秘的问题,可以治疗大便燥结,帮助顺利排便。与现有技术相比,本发明制作的决明子保健糕点,含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素,不含任何化学添加剂,为全天然健康食品,能降低血压、血糖、血脂的功效,本产品不仅适合于青少年,也适合于中老年。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一
一种决明子保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:大米粉23份、小米粉22份、燕麦粉34份、豌豆粉21份、决明子4份、麦芽2份、神曲2份、红曲米3份、龙眼肉2份、百合2份、蛤蚧3份;
(2)将决明子粉碎至37目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将龙眼肉、百合、蛤蚧一起用适量水煎煮 4-5次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉、小米粉、燕麦粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置27分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的决明子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种决明子保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:大米粉27份、小米粉24份、燕麦粉39份、豌豆粉28份、决明子5份、麦芽33份、神曲3份、红曲米3份、龙眼肉2份、百合2份、蛤蚧2份;
(2)将决明子粉碎至42目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将龙眼肉、百合、蛤蚧一起用适量水煎煮 4-5次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉、小米粉、燕麦粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置33分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的决明子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的决明子保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。

1.一种决明子保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:大米粉20-30份、小米粉20-30份、燕麦粉30-40份、豌豆粉20-30份、决明子4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、龙眼肉2-3份、百合2-3份、蛤蚧2-3份;
(2)将决明子粉碎至35-45目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将龙眼肉、百合、蛤蚧一起用适量水煎煮 4-5次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉、小米粉、燕麦粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置25-35分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的决明子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
