本发明公开了一种银杏叶保健糕点制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉35-45份、荞麦粉35-45份、燕麦粉25-35份、绿豆粉30-40份、银杏叶8-14份、麦芽4-6份、神曲2-4份、红曲米5-7份、乳香3-5份、血竭2-4份、川芎3-5份。本发明生产出来的保健糕点工艺简单,易于实现,适合工业化生产,且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养,具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能,是集营养和食疗于一体的保健糕点。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及糕点制作。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。银杏叶富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁等营养成分,其中胡萝卜素的含量在果品中仅次于芒果,人们将银杏叶称为抗癌之果。银杏叶含有丰富的脂肪油,有降低胆固醇的作用,因此,银杏叶对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用;银杏叶还有美容功效,能促进皮肤微循环,使皮肤红润光泽;银杏叶还有抗肿瘤作用;银杏叶中的单不饱和脂肪酸有助于降低患者轻度升高的血脂,且无需严格限制饮食;银杏叶具有防治因抗肿瘤药阿脲引起的糖尿病的作用。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种银杏叶保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉35-45份、荞麦粉35-45份、燕麦粉25-35份、绿豆粉30-40份、银杏叶8-14份、麦芽4-6份、神曲2-4份、红曲米5-7份、乳香3-5份、血竭2-4份、川芎3-5份;
(2)将银杏叶粉碎至70-80目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、血竭、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 10-11次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将玉米粉、荞麦粉、燕麦粉、绿豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置60-70分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的银杏叶、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一
一种银杏叶保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉37份、荞麦粉39份、燕麦粉26份、绿豆粉33份、银杏叶9份、麦芽5份、神曲3份、红曲米5份、乳香3份、血竭3份、川芎4份;
(2)将银杏叶粉碎至78目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、血竭、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 10次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将玉米粉、荞麦粉、燕麦粉、绿豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置62分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的银杏叶、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种银杏叶保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉43份、荞麦粉44份、燕麦粉33份、绿豆粉39份、银杏叶14份、麦芽6份、神曲4份、红曲米6份、乳香4份、血竭4份、川芎5份;
(2)将银杏叶粉碎至74目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、血竭、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 11次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将玉米粉、荞麦粉、燕麦粉、绿豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置67分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的银杏叶、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的银杏叶保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。

(2)将银杏叶粉碎至70-80目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将乳香、血竭、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 10-11次,合并煎煮液;
