本发明的技术解决方案是:一种桑葚保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉42-49份、大米粉46-50份、薏米粉44-48份、蚕豆粉40-45份、桑葚14-20份、麦芽7-10份、神曲6-9份、红曲米4-7份、白芍4-7份、灵芝6-9份、川芎4-7份;
(2)将桑葚粉碎至40-50目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将白芍、灵芝、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 7-8次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、大米粉、薏米粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置40-50分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的桑葚、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。

(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉46份、大米粉47份、薏米粉44份、蚕豆粉41份、桑葚15份、麦芽8份、神曲7份、红曲米6份、白芍7份、灵芝6份、川芎5份;
(2)将桑葚粉碎至46目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将白芍、灵芝、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 7次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、大米粉、薏米粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置48分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的桑葚、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种桑葚保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉47份、大米粉50份、薏米粉48份、蚕豆粉44份、桑葚19份、麦芽9份、神曲8份、红曲米7份、白芍6份、灵芝7份、川芎6份;
(2)将桑葚粉碎至48目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将白芍、灵芝、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 8次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、大米粉、薏米粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置49分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的桑葚、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的桑葚保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。
Claims (1)
1.一种桑葚保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉42-49份、大米粉46-50份、薏米粉44-48份、蚕豆粉40-45份、桑葚14-20份、麦芽7-10份、神曲6-9份、红曲米4-7份、白芍4-7份、灵芝6-9份、川芎4-7份;
(2)将桑葚粉碎至40-50目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将白芍、灵芝、川芎一起用适量水煎煮 7-8次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、大米粉、薏米粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置40-50分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的桑葚、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
