本发明公开了一种车厘子保健糕点制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:黍米粉41-47份、燕麦粉45-49份、薏苡粉43-47份、大豆粉39-44份、车厘子13-19份、麦芽6-9份、神曲5-8份、红曲米3-6份、党参3-6份、阿胶5-8份、黑芝麻3-6份。本发明生产出来的保健糕点工艺简单,易于实现,适合工业化生产,且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养,具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能,是集营养和食疗于一体的保健糕点。

背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。车厘子含糖类、维生素A、维生素B族系列维生素、维生素C等多种维生素,还含有钙、铁、磷、钾、钠、镁等矿物质、膳食纤维、生物素、胡萝卜素,车厘子含铁量特别高,位于各种水果之首。车厘子营养丰富,具有调中益气,健脾和胃,祛风湿,“令人面孔好颜色,美志性”之功效,对食欲不振,消化不良、风湿身痛等均有益处。常食车厘子可补充体内对铁元素的需求,促进血红蛋白再生,既可防治缺铁性贫血,又可增强体质,健脑益智;维生素A能促进生长,增强对疾病的抵抗力,是维持正常的生殖力和视力所必需;维生素C可以治疗坏血病,预防牙龈萎缩、出血,预防动脉硬化,治疗贫血,丰富的胶原蛋白有助于防止癌细胞的扩散,提高人体的免疫力。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。

  针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种车厘子保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:黍米粉41-47份、燕麦粉45-49份、薏苡粉43-47份、大豆粉39-44份、车厘子13-19份、麦芽6-9份、神曲5-8份、红曲米3-6份、党参3-6份、阿胶5-8份、黑芝麻3-6份;
(2)将车厘子粉碎至35-45目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将党参、阿胶、黑芝麻一起用适量水煎煮 6-7次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将黍米粉、燕麦粉、薏苡粉、大豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置35-45分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的车厘子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。

   下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一
一种车厘子保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:黍米粉42份、燕麦粉46份、薏苡粉44份、大豆粉40份、车厘子14份、麦芽7份、神曲6份、红曲米4份、党参3份、阿胶6份、黑芝麻4份;
(2)将车厘子粉碎至37目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将党参、阿胶、黑芝麻一起用适量水煎煮 6次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将黍米粉、燕麦粉、薏苡粉、大豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置39分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的车厘子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种车厘子保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:黍米粉47份、燕麦粉48份、薏苡粉47份、大豆粉43份、车厘子18份、麦芽8份、神曲7份、红曲米5份、党参4份、阿胶7份、黑芝麻5份;
(2)将车厘子粉碎至43目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将党参、阿胶、黑芝麻一起用适量水煎煮 7次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将黍米粉、燕麦粉、薏苡粉、大豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置44分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的车厘子、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的车厘子保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。
