本发明公开了一种番木瓜保健糕点制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱粉40-46份、荞麦粉44-48份、薏米粉42-46份、豌豆粉38-43份、番木瓜12-18份、麦芽5-8份、神曲6-9份、红曲米4-7份、苏合香6-9份、当归5-8份、牛黄6-9份。本发明生产出来的保健糕点工艺简单,易于实现,适合工业化生产,且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养,具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能,是集营养和食疗于一体的保健糕点。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及糕点制作。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。番木瓜是营养丰富的高档珍稀水果,含17种以上氨基酸、维生素C、胡萝卜素及钙、铁等微量元素,还含有番木瓜蛋白酶、番木瓜碱等。番木瓜中维生素C的含量非常高,是苹果的48倍,维生素C可以治疗坏血病,预防牙龈萎缩、出血,预防动脉硬化,治疗贫血,丰富的胶原蛋白有助于防止癌细胞的扩散,提高人体的免疫力;番木瓜碱具有抗肿瘤的功效,并能阻止人体致癌物质亚硝胺的合成,对淋巴性白血病细胞具有强烈抗癌活性;番木瓜蛋白酶会帮助分解肉食,减低胃肠的工作量,帮助消化,防治便秘,并可预防消化系统癌变;番木瓜能消除体内过氧化物等毒素,净化血液,对肝功能障碍及高血脂、高血压病具有防治效果;铁、镁等微量元素,可使皮肤细润有光泽,起到美容瘦身、缓解工作压力的作用。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种番木瓜保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱粉40-46份、荞麦粉44-48份、薏米粉42-46份、豌豆粉38-43份、番木瓜12-18份、麦芽5-8份、神曲6-9份、红曲米4-7份、苏合香6-9份、当归5-8份、牛黄6-9份;
(2)将番木瓜粉碎至30-40目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将苏合香、当归、牛黄一起用适量水煎煮 5-6次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将高粱粉、荞麦粉、薏米粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置30-40分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的番木瓜、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一
一种番木瓜保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱粉42份、荞麦粉45份、薏米粉43份、豌豆粉39份、番木瓜14份、麦芽6份、神曲7份、红曲米5份、苏合香8份、当归6份、牛黄7份;
(2)将番木瓜粉碎至32目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将苏合香、当归、牛黄一起用适量水煎煮 5次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将高粱粉、荞麦粉、薏米粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置31分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的番木瓜、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种番木瓜保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱粉45份、荞麦粉47份、薏米粉45份、豌豆粉42份、番木瓜18份、麦芽7份、神曲8份、红曲米6份、苏合香9份、当归8份、牛黄9份;
(2)将番木瓜粉碎至39目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将苏合香、当归、牛黄一起用适量水煎煮 6次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将高粱粉、荞麦粉、薏米粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置38分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的番木瓜、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的番木瓜保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。

1.一种番木瓜保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱粉40-46份、荞麦粉44-48份、薏米粉42-46份、豌豆粉38-43份、番木瓜12-18份、麦芽5-8份、神曲6-9份、红曲米4-7份、苏合香6-9份、当归5-8份、牛黄6-9份;
(2)将番木瓜粉碎至30-40目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将苏合香、当归、牛黄一起用适量水煎煮 5-6次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将高粱粉、荞麦粉、薏米粉、豌豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置30-40分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的番木瓜、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
