本发明涉及一种食品的加工,具体地说涉及一种石磨山稔子挂面。
背景技术
我们从有关公开资料知道北虫草含有虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖、氨基酸,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤,提高人体免疫功能作用,还有滋肺补肾,益精补血的作用。山稔子,是近年来人们喜欢的一种高膳食纤维食品,具有减肥、养颜、解毒功效,对三高症、糖尿病有康复作用,是公认的绿色食品。目前,市售的面条制作方法一般是用水加面粉混和后经压片切条干燥制成,其不含有人体所需的重要微量元素,不适合现代人食用保健品的需求。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种营养价值高的石磨山稔子挂面。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种石磨山稔子挂面,主要由下列按重量份配比的物品制成:北虫草粉5份、山稔子粉20份、面粉60份、辅料2份、水66份。
其制作步骤为:选料、搅拌、压片、切条、干燥、包装组成,上述配伍中的物品均为市售合格品。
本发明的制作方法如下:
(1)选料:北虫草粉5份、山稔子粉20份、面粉60份、辅料2份、水66份;
(2)搅拌:将北虫草粉、山稔子粉、和水三种物品搅拌后用石磨磨成浆,加面粉、辅料搅拌成面粉团;
(3)压片:将面粉团放入压片机中压成薄片;
(4)切条:将上述薄片放入切条机中切成面条;
(5)干燥:将上述面条放在干燥机内低温干燥,干燥温度为40-500C,时间为2小时;
(6)包装:将面条进行称重后用袋包装,每袋1市斤。
有益效果是:由于选用具有滋阴益血作用的北虫草粉、山稔子粉制作挂面,因而挂面具有滋阴益血作用,人们食用后有利于健康。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:(1)选料:北虫草粉5公斤、山稔子粉20公斤、面粉60公斤、辅料2公斤、水66公斤;
(2)搅拌:将上述物品混合均匀后加水搅拌成面粉团;
(3)压片:将面粉团放入压片机中压成薄片;
(4)切条:将上述薄片放入切条机中切成面条;
(5)干燥:将上述面条放在干燥机内低温干燥,干燥温度为40-500C,时间为2小时;
(6)包装:将面条进行称重后用袋包装,每袋1市斤。

(1)选料:称取北虫草粉5份、山稔子粉20份、面粉60份、辅料2份、水66份;
(2)搅拌:北虫草粉、山稔子粉、水三种物品搅拌后用石磨磨成浆,加面粉、辅料搅拌成面粉团;
(3)压片:将面粉团放入压片机中压成薄片;
(4)切条:将上述薄片放入切条机中切成面条;
(5)干燥:将上述面条放在干燥机内低温干燥,干燥温度为40-500C,时间为2小时;
(6)包装:将面条进行称重后用袋包装。
