背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。郁金富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类以及维生素和微量元素等营养成分,可降低血脂,降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,郁金多糖具有强的网状内皮系统激活活性,能够强化胆囊,抑制凝血,降低肝毒,促进脂肪代谢,可用于减肥,并有消炎作用。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。

采用以上技术方案后,本发明达到的有益效果是:郁金富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类以及维生素和微量元素等营养成分,可降低血脂,降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,郁金多糖具有强的网状内皮系统激活活性,能够强化胆囊,抑制凝血,降低肝毒,促进脂肪代谢,可用于减肥,并有消炎作用。与现有技术相比,本发明制作的郁金保健糕点,含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素,不含任何化学添加剂,为全天然健康食品,能降低血压、血糖、血脂的功效,本产品不仅适合于青少年,也适合于中老年。
